dc.description.abstractEl presente ensayo pretende hacer unas aproximaciones sobre el tratamiento que la literatura le da al delincuente, entendido como aquel personaje a quien el poeta asigna una determinada actividad que es contraria a las normas legales. Así, trataremos de asomarnos a ese mundo de ficción, en donde el poeta procura que los personajes nos muestren su interior, sus pensamientos íntimos, las pasiones que los gobiernan, elementos que permiten que como lectores, no solamente logremos entender las razones de su conducta delictual, sino que en numerosos casos tal vez de la mano del poeta- lleguemos a identificarnos con ellos, a justificar su actuación, y a considerarlos como personajes más dignos de compasión que de castigo. Divorcio en Buda nos muestra un personaje que a pesar de haber cometido un delito al permitir que su esposa muriera, se atreve a acudir ante un juez precisamente el representante de la justicia- a confesar su actuación sin importar que con ello le puedan ser aplicadas graves condenas, pues su única Así en esta obra, a manera de ejemplo, podremos apreciar el especial tratamiento que la literatura da a quien delinque, en contraposición con lo que sucede en el mundo jurídico real, en el cual el juez toma en cuenta la conducta desarrollada por el delincuente para tipificarla en las normas vigentes, pero sin que pueda en muchas ocasiones tomar en cuenta la interioridad de dicho sujeto que por el contrario sí nos es revelada por la literatura en su posibilidad de presentarnos una irrealidad mas prolija
dc.description.abstractenglishThis essay intends to make some approximations about the treatment that literature gives to the offender, seen as one character to whom the poet gives an activity that is contrary to legal norms. So, we will try to look at the world of fiction, where the poet tries that the characters shows inside, their intimate thoughts, passions that govern them, as elements that allow readers not only come to understand the reasons for his behavior criminal, but in many cases, perhaps by the hand of the poet, we come to identify with them, to justify its actions, and consider them as characters more worthy of compassion than punishment. To that end, we have selected the book "Divorce in Buda" by Sándor Márai in which the author shows us a character who, despite having committed a crime by allowing his wife died, he dares to go before a judge- precisely the representative of the justiceto confess their actions no matter that it will be enforced severe sentences, since their only obsession is to find a "truth" that haunts.
