dc.description.abstractSe desarrollan componentes pedagógicos sobre la adquisición de conocimientos con apoyo a las tecnologías de la información y las telecomunicaciones (TICS) desde una perspectiva de práctica en docencia. El objeto que se desarrolla es construir una herramienta que permita implementar el uso de las TICS a la enseñanza del derecho administrativo desde una perspectiva dinámica. Se presenta una metodología de clase que permita la complementariedad de los aspectos propios de la asignatura a través de herramientas como el aula virtual de aprendizaje, instrumento esencial de trabajo, y adicionalmente el uso de herramientas complementarias, como el sistema electrónico de contratación pública (SECOP II). Desde el aula virtual de aprendizaje moddle se da la ejecución de las unidades agrupadas temporalmente dentro de los tres cortes del período académico, aspecto que da la posibilidad de fortalecer habilidades adquiridas en el aula de clase y llevarlas a la práctica. A la vez se complementa el trabajo en el aula virtual con actividades en clase, de forma que se logra llamar la atención del estudiante y se le lleva al deseo de aumentar su saber.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe subject matter of this project consists of the pedagogical components on the acquisition of knowledge having ICTs as support from a teaching practice perspective. In this sense, the purpose of this work is to build and develop a proposal that allows the implementation of the use of Information Technologies and Telecommunications to the teaching of Administrative Law from a dynamic perspective and that allows the complementarity of the components of the subject. through tools such as the Virtual Learning Classroom, an essential work instrument, and after it the use to a lesser extent of other tools that are complementary, such as the Electronic System for Public Procurement - SECOP II, the Recreational Activities within class, among others. Due to the above, from the moddle learning virtual classroom, each one of the units will be executed temporarily grouped within the three cuts of which the academic period is made up and this will give us the possibility of strengthening the skills acquired in the classroom and put them into practice, at the same time that the work in the virtual classroom is complemented with activities in class, in such a way that it is possible to attract the attention of the student and lead the attendees to this course. of Administrative Law II the desire to increase their knowledge in the mentioned area.
