dc.description.abstractLa Fundación de Apoyo a la Educación y Fomento empresarial tiene como objeto el apoyo del desarrollo intelectual, formación profesional, social, económica y empresarial mediante el financiamiento selectivo y técnico de líneas de crédito educativo (crediestudio), empresarial (Crediimpulso) y sostenibilidad (Crediapoyo). Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se realizó el diagnóstico del estado en el que se encontraba la Fundación Apoyo, seguido a esto se diseñó un plan de acción que permitiera efectuar el mejoramiento de los procesos misionales y de apoyo de la Fundación de Apoyo, con el fin de estandarizar e incrementar la eficiencia en los diferentes procesos. Luego de haber realizado el diagnóstico y encontrar las 8 problemáticas más significativas de los procesos de la organización se prosigue con la implementación del plan de mejoras de los procesos, tanto misionales como de apoyo, aprobados por la junta directiva de la Fundación Apoyo, en donde se lleva a cabo la ejecución de las actividades complementarias a la solución de las problemáticas. De allí se pudo obtener información para estructuración de una tabla de indicadores, en donde se pudieran apreciar los cambios efectuados en el desarrollo de las actividades. Durante todo el proceso se realizaron encuentros socializando cada avance y cumplimiento de los objetivos expuesto con la junta directiva. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Foundation for Support to Education and Business Development aims to support intellectual development, professional, social, economic and business training through selective and technical financing of educational credit lines (crediestudio), business (Crediimpulso) and sustainability (Crediapoyo ). For the development of this project, a diagnosis of the state in which the Apoyo Foundation is located was carried out, followed by an action plan that would allow the improvement of the missionary and support processes of the Support Foundation, with the in order to standardize and increase efficiency in the different ones. After having made the diagnosis and finding the 8 most significant problems of the organization's processes, the implementation of the process improvement plan, both missionary and support, approved by the Fundación Apoyo board of directors, is continued. carries out the execution of complementary activities to the solution of the problems. From there it was possible to obtain information for structuring a table of indicators, where the changes made in the development of the activities can be appreciated, during the entire process meetings were held socializing each progress and fulfillment of the objectives set forth with the board of directors.
