dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad, los profesionales que tienen la responsabilidad de liderar la gerencia de un proyecto de construcción, les resulta fundamental el empleo de nuevas metodologías de gestión, estas técnicas deben ser fáciles de implementar y además deben proporcionar información veraz y precisa con el fin de valorar y conocer oportunamente el desempeño de la obra en cualquier momento de la etapa de EJECUCIÓN, por lo tanto, resulta trascendental desarrollar durante la etapa de la PLANIFICACIÓN la estructuración de la manera en que se obtendrá y empleara la información e igualmente se determinara objetivamente quienes serán los responsables, durante la etapa de CONTROL y SEGUIMIENTO, de calcular y evaluar los Costos causados y cancelados por la empresa, teniendo como referencia el presupuesto que le permitirá dar cumplimiento al Alcance definido en el contrato durante el Tiempo acordado. Conforme a lo anteriormente citado, se decidió tomar como referente lo recomendado por el Project Management Institute PMI en lo pertinente a la planificación de la gestión de los costos y se tomó para su organización e implementación los conceptos definidos en la técnica del VALOR GANADO. Por lo tanto y con el fin de mostrar los beneficios que con lleva la promulgación de la técnica del VALOR GANADO, se tomó como caso de estudio un proyecto cuyo alcance corresponde a la construcción de una Institución Educativa contratada bajo la modalidad de pago a PRECIO GLOBAL FIJO adaptando los descrito de la técnica en la Guía del PMBOK® Quinta edición, en la conformación y preparación de una sencilla estrategia a desarrollar durante la etapa de SEGUIMIENTO y CONTROL de la obra.
dc.description.abstractenglishAt present, professionals who have the responsibility to lead the management of a construction project, it is essential to use new management methodologies, these techniques must be easy to implement and must also provide truthful and accurate information in order to assess and know timely the performance of the work at any time in the stage of EXECUTION, therefore, it is transcendental to develop, during the PLANNING stage, the structuring of the way in which the information will be obtained and used, and likewise objectively determine who will be responsible, during the CONTROL and MONITORING stage, to calculate and evaluate the COSTS caused and cancelled by the company, having as reference the budget that will allow to fulfill the SCOPE defined in the contract during the agreed TIME. According to the aforementioned, it was decided to take as a reference the recommended by the Project management Institute PMI in relation to the planning of the cost management and it was taken for its organization and implementation the concepts defined in the technique of the EARNED VALUE. Therefore and in order to show the benefits that lead to the promulgation of the technique of EARNED VALUE, it was taken as a study case a project whose scope corresponds to the construction of an educational institution contracted under the modality of payment at FIXED GLOBAL PRICE adapting the described of the technique in the guide of the PMBOK ®-fifth edition, in the shaping and preparation of a simple strategy to be developed during the stage of MONITORING and CONTROL of the work.
