dc.description.abstractLa presente monografía pretende desarrollar una investigación en el Municipio de Tona, que constituya un aporte científico a una construcción comunitaria que demanda un proceso de innovación en sus costumbres político-administrativas, cuya gestación y primera etapa de desarrollo ha sido conducida de manera naturalfl desde su fundación en el siglo XVIII. El crecimiento económico es condición necesaria para generar mayor bienestar social de la población y reducir la pobreza. Por consiguiente debemos concebir el desarrollo del Municipio Tona, mediante la interrelación del crecimiento económico y del bienestar social al que accede la comunidad; teniendo en cuenta que el crecimiento económico se describe a través de la producción expresada en la minería, agricultura y servicios que se producen en el Municipio y el Bienestar Social se obtiene a través del cubrimiento de las necesidades básicas de los habitantes (Alimentación, vivienda, salud, educación, saneamiento básico y agua potable, servicios públicos, infraestructura vial y medio ambiente). Incluye además los principios generales sobre la organización y el funcionamiento de los municipios ( LEY 136 DE 1994); el diagnóstico de la infraestructura vial del municipio de vías secundarias y terciarias con su respectiva evaluación técnica y algunos proyectos viales del municipio de Tona contemplados en el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal y Departamental. Se recomienda integrar al Municipio de Tona a la subregión mediante el mantenimiento de la infraestructura vial que permita la conexión con los municipios circunvecinos y facilite el intercambio comercial, de servicios y turismo. Así mismo lograr una adecuada conectividad con las veredas y con los circuitos económicos de los municipios de la subregión a través del mejoramiento y pavimentación de una vía secundaria y mejorar el estado de la malla vial rural para facilitar el intercambio comercial del área rural con el casco urbano del Municipio de Tona a través del mantenimiento y construcción de una vía terciaria.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present monograph seeks to develop an investigation in the Municipality of Tona that constitutes a scientific contribution to a community construction that demands an innovation process in its political-administrative customs whose gestation and first development stage has been driven in a "natural" way from its foundation in the XVIII century. The economic growth is necessary condition to generate the population's social bigger well-being and to reduce the poverty. Consequently we should conceive the development of the Municipality Tona, by means of the interrelation of the economic growth and of the social well-being to the one that consents the community; keeping in mind that the economic growth is described through the production expressed in the mining, agriculture and services that take place in the Municipality and the Social Well-being is obtained through of cover the basic necessities of the inhabitants (Feeding, housing, health, education, basic reparation and drinkable water, public services, infrastructure vial and environment). It also includes the general principles on the organization and the operation of the municipalities (LAW 136 OF 1994); the diagnosis of the infrastructure vial of the municipality of secondary roads and third with their respective technical evaluation and some projects vials of the municipality of Tona contemplated in the Plan of Municipal and Departmental Development. It is recommended to integrate to the Municipality from Tona to the subregión mediating the maintenance of the infrastructure vial that allows the connection with the surrounding municipalities and facilitate the commercial exchange, of services and tourism. Likewise to achieve an appropriate connectivity with the sidewalks and with the economic circuits of the municipalities of the subregión through the improvement and pave of a secondary road and to improve the state of the mesh rural vial to facilitate the commercial exchange of the rural area with the urban helmet of the Municipality of Tona through the maintenance and construction of a tertiary road.
