dc.description.abstractEl presente escrito es el resultado de la práctica jurídico-empresarial desarrollada en la firma Barrios Sánchez Abogados S.A.S., teniendo como principal objetivo la acumulación de experiencia a través de la práctica y la investigación para el desarrollo de un protocolo que permita agilizar el análisis del ejercicio de la acción de tutela en casos en los que exista una aparente vulneración de derechos fundamentales. Para ello, en su desarrollo, se realizó un examen detallado de la normativa que regula el mecanismo constitucional, además que, en el acompañamiento jurídico, se presentaron múltiples acciones de tutela que enriquecieron las fuentes de conocimiento para la implementación del mencionado protocolo. El texto permite evidenciar cada una de las etapas que se deben agotar al momento de ejercer este mecanismo y la forma en que, a través de cada acompañamiento individual, iba enriqueciendo el desarrollo de la práctica jurídico-empresarial con la experiencia del ejercicio. Esto con el fin de facilitar a la empresa la presentación posterior de escritos de tutela en su abordaje previo, presentación y acompañamiento posterior.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document is the result of the legal-business practice carried out in the law firm Barrios Sánchez Abogados S.A.S., with the main objective of accumulating experience through practice and research for the development of a protocol that allows to expedite the analysis of the exercise of the remedy of protection in cases in which there is an apparent violation of fundamental rights. For its development a detailed analysis was carried out of the regulations that regulate the constitutional mechanism in addition to the fact that in the legal accompaniment multiple protection actions were presented that enriched the sources of knowledge for the implementation of the protocol. The text makes it possible to demonstrate each of the stages that must be completed when exercising this mechanism and the way in which through each individual accompaniment the development of legal-business practice was enriched with practical experience facilitating the company the subsequent presentation of writs of remedy of protection in its prior approach, development and subsequent accompaniment.
