dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de grado se realizó un acompañamiento jurídico a adidas Colombia Ltda en el Área Legal y de Cumplimiento, con énfasis en la creación y revisión de diferentes tipos de contratos mercantiles. Lo anterior, requirió para su desarrollo un previo acercamiento de la historia, misión, visión y cultura de la empresa que permitió consolidar un punto de partida para el desarrollo de las diferentes labores asignadas por parte de la tutora a cargo. Conjuntamente, se hizo necesario realizar una retroalimentación normativa y teórica que giró en torno a la legislación civil y mercantil de los contratos; lo anterior, tanto nacional como extranjera. Finalmente, en la praxis se logró el desarrollo de las diferentes labores asignadas para el exitoso funcionamiento dentro del Área Legal y de Cumplimiento de la empresa, desde el seguimiento y actualización de quejas y demandas interpuestas ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), la revisión y creación de diversos contratos, elaboración de minutas, revisión legal de posibles contratistas, revisión y, aprobación de términos y condiciones, proyectos jurídicos propios del área, entre otros.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this degree work, legal support was provided to adidas Colombia Ltda. in their Legal and Compliance Area, with emphasis on the creation and review of different types of commercial contracts. This required for its development a previous approach to the history, mission, vision, and culture of the company that allowed consolidating a starting point for the development of the different tasks assigned by the tutor in charge. At the same time, it was necessary to carry out a normative and theoretical feedback that revolved around the civil and commercial legislation of contracts, both national and foreign. Finally, in praxis, the development of the different tasks assigned for the successful operation within the Legal and Compliance Area of the company was achieved, from the monitoring and updating of complaints and claims filed before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, the review and creation of various contracts, preparation of minutes, legal review of potential contractors, review and approval of terms and conditions, legal projects of the area, among others.
