dc.description.abstractEste proyecto busca en demostrar la viabilidad del sistema de jaulas en el sector avícola, basado en la producción de jaulas de alambre el cual busca en mostrar los beneficios, rentabilidad del producto, sus ventajas al momento de implementar el proyecto el cual va estar ubicado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga-Santander donde el incremento avícola ha ido creciendo exponencialmente y donde se puede identificar grandes plantas avícolas las cuales están tecnificadas y cumplen con la oferta y demanda del producto que están solicitando en este caso el huevo gracias a este sistema. Este proyecto se dividió en tres partes que fueron el estudio técnico del sistema en materia de literatura y para metros que hay que tener en cuenta para hacer un galpón, la segunda fue hacer la ejecución de este y desarrollarlo en su totalidad, el tercero fue la toma de resultados y comparativo entre ellos, esta toma de datos se hizo desde la semana 1 hasta la semana 30. Los cuales fueron fundamentales para tener toda la información para una buena ejecución de este sistema y así poder evaluar todos sus beneficios y pros que tienen el sistema basado en la región cumpliendo con los requerimientos fitosanitarios, inocuidad y de calidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of the cage system in the poultry sector, based on the production of wire cages which seeks to show the benefits, profitability of the product, its advantages when implementing the project which will be located in the city of Bucaramanga-Santander where the poultry increase has been growing exponentially and where you can identify large poultry plants which are technified and meet the supply and demand of the product they are requesting in this case the egg thanks to this system. This project was divided into three parts which were the technical study of the system in terms of literature and meters that must be taken into account to make a shed, the second was to make the execution of this and develop it in its entirety, the third was the taking of results and comparative between them, this data collection was done from week 1 to week 30. These were fundamental to have all the information for a good execution of this system and thus to be able to evaluate all its benefits and pros that have the system based in the region complying with the phytosanitary, innocuousness and quality requirements.
