dc.description.abstractLa logística urbana y la movilidad son términos que van de la mano en el desarrollo y mejora de los territorios urbanos. Esta debe ser planteada teniendo en cuenta factores como la cooperación entre empresas de manera que se creen sinergias entre los gobiernos y estas, el uso adecuado de las tecnologías que permitan generar servicios y planes más eficientes, una correcta planificación del transporte urbano de mercancías considerando los inconvenientes ocasionados durante las entregas de última milla. Europa ya ha comenzado a recorrer este camino gracias a la creación de Planes de Movilidad Urbana Sostenible (PMUS), Planes de Transporte Urbano Sostenible (PTUS) y Planes Urbanos de Logística Sostenible (SULP) donde a través del análisis de las necesidades de cada ciudad se determina qué tipo de plan es el más adecuado, para esto hay agencias especializadas en llevar a cabo este tipo de proyectos con el apoyo del gobierno, como ejemplo: ENCLOSE, NOVELOG y SULPITER. Ahora bien, Bucaramanga es una ciudad que ha comenzado a buscar soluciones y puntos de mejora en este sentido, y que al ser un punto importante a nivel nacional para el transporte de carga se plantea como beneficioso el desarrollo de un Plan Urbano de Logística Sostenible, para el cual se propone una metodología tras la realización de un análisis de literatura de los proyectos que ya se han realizado a nivel nacional y mundial.
dc.description.abstractenglishUrban logistics and mobility are terms that go hand in hand in the development and improvement of urban territories. This must be approached taking into account factors such as cooperation between companies in order to create synergies between governments and companies, the appropriate use of technologies to generate more efficient services and plans, proper planning of urban freight transport considering the inconveniences caused during last mile deliveries. Europe has already started to go down this path thanks to the creation of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (PMUS), Sustainable Urban Transport Plans (PTUS) and Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULP) where through the analysis of the needs of each city it is determined what type of plan is the most appropriate, for this there are agencies specialized in carrying out this type of projects which with the support of the government, as an example: ENCLOSE, NOVELOG and SULPITER. Now, Bucaramanga is a city that has begun to look for solutions and points of improvement in this sense, and being an important point at national level for cargo transportation, the development of an Urban Plan for Sustainable Logistics is proposed as beneficial, for which a methodology is proposed after conducting a literature analysis of the projects that have already been carried out at national and global level.
