dc.description.abstractEn los predios del Acueducto Metropolitano de Bucaramanga - amb S.A. E.S.P se encuentran establecidas plantaciones forestales de pino patula de tipo protectoras-productoras. Con el fin de aprovecharlas, el amb S.A. E.S.P. establece un convenio con la Universidad Industrial de Santander para iniciar el proceso de registro de estas plantaciones. En el marco de la práctica empresarial, se recopiló la información de las áreas de plantaciones forestales establecidas en los predios, la cual se sistematizó en una base de datos para facilitar el posterior monitoreo. Al igual, se reunió la información predial del núcleo la Lora, para el diligenciamiento de formulario de registro de las plantaciones. También, se realizó la medición de áreas de los 8 predios del núcleo, utilizada para el posterior diseño de inventario forestal de los predios mencionados y se efectuó el inventario en los predios de Palmitas y Sabaneta únicamente. Con base en los resultados obtenidos se propusieron alternativas para el manejo, uso y aprovechamiento de dichas plantaciones. Por otra parte, se adelantaron los trámites administrativos basados en el decreto 1532 de 2019 relacionado con las plantaciones forestales, información que se proporcionó a la Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB), que realizó una visita técnica a campo para corroborar los datos suministrados y posteriormente emitió un concepto técnico.
dc.description.abstractenglishOn the premises of the Metropolitan Aqueduct of Bucaramanga - amb S.A. E.S.P, protective-productive forest plantations of pino patula are established. In order to utilize them, amb S.A. E.S.P. has entered into an agreement with the Industrial University of Santander to initiate the registration process for these plantations. As part of the business practice, information was gathered regarding the areas of forest plantations established on the premises. This information was then organized and stored in a database to facilitate subsequent monitoring. Additionally, land information for the La Lora core area was collected in order to complete the registration forms for the plantations. Furthermore, the areas of the eight properties within the core area were measured, which was used to design a forest inventory for the mentioned properties. The inventory, however, was conducted only on the Palmitas and Sabaneta properties. Based on the results obtained, alternatives for the management, use, and utilization of these plantations were proposed. Moreover, administrative procedures were carried out based on the decree 1532 of 2019, which is related to forest plantations. This information was provided to the Autonomous Regional Corporation for the Defense of the Bucaramanga Plateau (CDMB), which conducted a field technical visit to verify the supplied data and subsequently issued a technical report.
