dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo, se basa en evaluar dos raciones de alimento balanceado casero elaborado a partir de las harinas de frijol rojo tostado, yuca, leguminosa y cascara de huevo, comparado con el alimento comercial en pollos de engorde, se realizo toma de datos cada 7 días, el tiempo de duración fue de 6 meses desde su inicio. La formulación correspondiente de alimento elaborado se mezcla en relación 1:1 con alimento comercial, para evitar que los animales presenten alteraciones digestivas por el cambio brusco del alimento, este proceso se va a realizar hasta la semana 5, desde la semana 6 a 7 se mezcla 2:1, es decir 2 kg de la ración en estudio por una de alimento comercial y desde la semana octava en adelante al 100% solo alimento balanceado casero elaborado hasta su beneficio (Sacrificio). Se observa el tratamiento T0 (control) presenta los mejores resultados en lo referente a la ganancia de peso, velocidad de crecimiento e índice conversión alimenticio, en comparación con los Tratamiento T1 y T2 , existe una ganancia superior con el tratamiento de control de 706 gramos y 353 gramos en los tratamientos T1 y T2 respectivamente, esto significa que con el alimento comercial se tiene un mejora de peso superior entre 19,9 a 9,9 % en comparación con los tratamientos que le suministro las dietas de estudio. En lo referente al costo de la materia prima, el tratamiento T2, presenta el valor más reducido y en comparación con el valor comercial se tiene una reducción en este ítem del 54%. Por ende, se puede deducir la utilización de los tratamientos en estudio puede tener implicación en reducir el costo. Por último, se concluye que el alimento balanceado tiene inferencia directa en el costo de la producción, pero los menores rendimientos en la ganancia de peso, por ende, el productor debe escoger en reducir u optimizar el proceso de engorde del pollo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present work is based on evaluating two formulations of homemade balanced food made from the flour of roasted red beans, cassava, legumes and eggshells, compared to the commercial food in broilers, data collection was carried out every 7 days, the duration time was 6 months from its start. The corresponding formulation of processed food is mixed in a 1: 1 ratio with commercial food, to avoid that the animals present digestive alterations due to the sudden change of the food, this process will be carried out until week 5, from week 6 to 7, 2: 1 mixture, that is, 2 kg of the formulation under study for one of commercial food and from the eighth week onwards, 100% only homemade balanced food prepared until its benefit (Sacrifice). The treatment T0 (control) is observed presents the best results in terms of weight gain, growth rate and feed conversion index, compared to Treatment T1 and T2, there is a higher difference with the control treatment of 706 grams and 353 grams in treatments T1 and T2 respectively, this means that with commercial food you have a higher weight gain between 19.9 to 9.9% compared to the treatments that the study diets provided. Regarding the cost of the raw material, the T2 treatment has the lowest value and compared to the commercial value, there is a reduction in this item of 54%. Therefore, it can be deduced the use of the treatments under study may have an implication in reducing the cost. Finally, it is concluded that balanced feed has direct inference to the cost of production, but the lower yields in weight gain, therefore, the producer must choose to reduce or optimize the fattening process of the chicken.
