dc.description.abstractEste documento presenta el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades realizadas durante el periodo de prácticas en la Alcaldía del municipio Enciso Santander, desempeñando el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la secretaria de planeación, cuyo enfoque principal fue el apoyo en los procesos de licitaciones por parte de la alcaldía, apoyo en la aprobación de licencias de construcción, apoyo en los diseños y cálculo de cantidades de los proyectos que se realizaban e interventoría de los mismos. También incluye información detallada de la alcaldía, marco teórico de diseños, cálculo de cantidades, normativa e interventoría de proyectos y evidencias del desarrollo de cada una de las actividades; así como los diferentes conceptos previamente estudiados para la realización de la práctica. De igual forma se muestrea información de la alcaldía de Enciso Santander y se presentan evidencias del apoyo brindado en las actividades, como lo son los informes para la revisión de actividades, esto para dar cumplimiento con los objetivos establecidos en el plan de trabajo, fortaleciendo las competencias tanto personales como profesionales adquiridas durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial y adquiridas en el pregrado de Ingeniería Civil en la Universidad Industrial de Santander y con esto poder optar el titulo satisfactoriamente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document presents the development of the different activities carried out during the internship period in the Mayor's Office of the municipality of Enciso Santander, performing the position of civil engineering assistant in the secretary of planning, whose main focus was the support in the bidding processes by the mayor's office, support in the approval of building permits, support in the designs and calculation of quantities of the projects that were carried out and auditing of the same. It also includes detailed information from the mayor's office, theoretical framework of designs, calculation of quantities, regulations and auditing of projects and evidence of the development of each of the activities; as well as the different concepts previously studied for the realization of the practice. In the same way, information from the Enciso Santander mayor's office is sampled and evidence of the support provided in the activities is presented, such as the reports for the review of activities, this to comply with the objectives established in the work plan, strengthening the both personal and professional competencies acquired during the development of the business practice and acquired in the Civil Engineering undergraduate at the Industrial University of Santander and with this being able to successfully opt for the title.
