dc.description.abstractGalería Arte a tu medida contempla la creación de una empresa de exhibición, exposición y comercialización de obras de arte, basados en la innovación de espacios y tecnología con características especiales, originadas en las necesidades sentidas en la comunidad, se dio inicio al estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una galería en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Se llevó a cabo un estudio de mercado, utilizando como medición la encuesta, tomando como instrumento un cuestionario, la observación directa y la entrevista personal; a partir de la información recolectada y con los resultados que la misma arrojó, se tomaron como base para el desarrollo de los estudios, técnico, administrativo, financiero y evaluación de impactos ambiental y social, los cuales auguran acogida y éxito a la creación de esta galería. Galería fiArte a tu medida es el proyecto factible de una nueva empresa en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, que ofrece servicios de exhibición, comercialización y asesoría en la compra de cuadros. La nueva empresa brindará comodidad, eficiencia, calidad, tecnología e innovación en el servicio; creada para satisfacer las necesidades y gustos de los habitantes de la ciudad, bajo el cumplimiento de las normas legales, con responsabilidad social, cuidado del medio ambiente y alta rentabilidad que la hagan sostenible. La inversión para la creación y puesta en marcha de la nueva empresa es de $24.000.000.oo aportados por los socios; el valor presente neto de $35.322.328,47 y una rentabilidad del 39.03%. Teniendo en cuenta los anteriores criterios se concluye que el proyecto es viable y genera confianza para los inversionistas.
dc.description.abstractenglishGallery Arte a tu medida contemplates the creation of an exhibition company, exhibition and art work commercialization, based on the innovation of spaces and technology with special characteristics, originated in the necessities felt in the community, occurred beginning to the feasibility study for the creation of a gallery in the city of Bucaramanga. A market study was carried out, using like measurement the survey, taking like instrument a questionnaire, the direct observation and the personal interview; from the collected information and with the results that the same one threw, they were taken as it bases for the development of the studies, technician, administrative, financial and environmental and social evaluation of impacts, which augur welcome and success to the creation of this gallery. Gallery fiArte a tu medida is the feasible project of a new company in the city of Bucaramanga that offers services of exhibition, commercialization and consultant's office in the purchase of pictures. The new company offered comfort, efficiency, quality, technology and innovation in the service; created to satisfy the necessities and tastes with the inhabitants of the city, under the fulfillment of the legal norms, with social responsibility, taken care of environment and high yield that makes it sustainable. The investment for the creation and beginning of the new company is of $24.000.000.oo contributed by the partners; the net present value of $35.322.328,47 and one yield of 39.03%. Considering the previous criteria one concludes that the project is viable and generates confidence for the investors.
