dc.description.abstractEl objetivo general del proyecto es el desarrollo de una planeación estratégica que permite la transformación de la fundación Fundexport, entidad sin ánimo de lucro dedicada a apoyar y contribuir con la formación física de niños(as) y jóvenes de San Vicente del Chucuri, con extensión de apoyo a algunas áreas del norte de Bucaramanga. Es por ello que se procede a realizar una auditoría externa para identificar las oportunidades y amenazas, la auditoría interna identificando fortalezas y debilidades, auditoria de mercados, financiera y de talento humano, mediante la aplicación de matrices POAM, PCI, DOFA y PEEA que establecen estrategias fundamentadas en el objetivo de la organización mediante un plan de trabajo. Entre los resultados relacionados con la auditoría externa se evidencias muchas amenazas, principalmente porque la fundación no posee planes de acción según las circunstancias, siendo las nuevas tecnologías un recurso para aprovechar, en la interna se identifican muchas falencias administrativas, con relación al mercado existen fundaciones similares, aunque sean una amenaza no se consideran del todo negativas, con respecto a lo financiero continúan las falencias por ausencia de documentos, sin embargo, el talento humano demuestra un gran compromiso y preparación para afrontar los retos. Por tanto, se plantean diferentes estrategias para iniciar el camino a la transformación y crecimiento
dc.description.abstractenglishThe general objective of the project is the development of a strategic planning that allows the transformation of the Fundexport foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and contributing to the physical training of children and young people of San Vicente del Chucuri, with extension of support to some areas of the north of Bucaramanga. That is why an external audit is carried out to identify opportunities and threats, the internal audit identifying strengths and weaknesses, audits of markets, financial and human talent, through the application of POAM, PCI, SWOT and PEEA matrices that establish strategies based on the objective of the organization through a work plan. Among the results related to the external audit, many threats are evident, mainly because the foundation does not have action plans according to the circumstances, new technologies being a resource to take advantage of, internally many administrative flaws are identified, in relation to the market there are foundations Similar, although they are a threat, they are not considered entirely negative, with regard to financial matters, the shortcomings continue due to the absence of documents, however, human talent shows great commitment and preparation to face the challenges. Therefore, different strategies are proposed to start the path to transformation and growth
