dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo examinar el concepto de democracia a la luz del pensamiento político del estadounidense Ronald Dworkin y lograr una aproximación sobre los factores que desvían el ejercicio de lo que conlleva un buen gobierno. Para tal propósito, el proyecto investigativo se dividirá en tres capítulos; a saber, en el primer acápite se llevará a cabo el rastreo de las ideas principales del pensamiento político de Dworkin, así como un resumen de sus reflexiones. El acápite segundo estará dedicado a señalar el vínculo inscrito bajo el marco de democracia entre Rawls, Habermas y Dworkin, y, a partir de allí, consolidar la idea de que para la construcción de un modelo de democracia sólido y justo se debe reflexionar sobre la importancia de la libertad y la igualdad en la sociedad. El tercer capítulo lleva a cabo la reflexión sobre lo que es realmente importante en una sociedad que pretende ser más incluyente, participativa bajo un marco social de derecho como lo promulga la Constitución colombiana: un lugar que le apueste a reflexionar críticamente sobre la labor que ejercen las personas que velan por el bienestar de la sociedad y de cada individuo que pertenece a la misma.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research is to examine the concept of democracy in the political thinking of the American writer Ronald Dworkin and to achieve an approximation on the factors that deviate the policies of a good government. For this purpose, this paper will be divided into three chapters. In the first section will be carried out the tracking of the main ideas of the political thought of Dworkin, as well as a summary of his reflections. The second section will be devoted to pointing out the link registered under the framework of democracy between Rawls, Habermas and Dworkin, and, from there, consolidating the idea that for the construction of a solid and just model of democracy, should reflect on the importance of freedom and equality in society. The third chapter carries out reflection on what is really important in a society that aims to be more inclusive, participatory under a social framework of law (rule of law) as promulgated by the Colombian Constitution: a place that bets to reflect critically the work that many persons perform watch over the welfare of society and of each individual that belongs to it.
