dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación surgió a partir de un diagnóstico que determinó las actitudes en pro del medio ambiente y los conocimientos que tienen los estudiantes del curso 606 del instituto Tecnológico Salesiano Eloy Valenzuela sobre la UNESCO; además los intereses de aprendizaje acerca de plantas y animales, de esta manera crear una propuesta donde se integren los contenidos de teniendo como referencia los Estándares Básicos de Competencias en Ciencias Naturales para crear conciencia ambiental acerca de problemáticas como la desertificación, la caza y tráfico de especies, perdida de la diversidad biológica. Este estudio se basó en el paradigma cualitativo con enfoque de investigación acción y el problema de investigación que se sustenta a partir del interrogante: ¿Cómo crear conciencia ambiental a través de la estrategia Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos que articule el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible ello se propuso realizar la intervención por medio de la secuencia didáctica que comprende once sesiones, dos pertenecen a la fase de apertura, ocho a la fase de desarrollo y una sesión para la fase de cierre; los resultados de la intervención fueron analizados de manera cualitativa a partir de categorías de las dimensiones de la conciencia ambiental, del propósito de cada sesión y los objetivos de la investigación. Entre los resultados obtenidos se destaca la comprensión de problemáticas ambientales, la modificación de pensamientos y conductas en pro del medio ambiente, la integración de algunos contenidos curriculares con el ODS 15, la creación de hipótesis a partir del análisis de situaciones, el resumen de información en organizadores gráficos y el fortalecimiento de relaciones interpersonales a partir del trabajo en equipo. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present research work arose from a diagnosis that determined the attitudes in favor of the environment and the knowledge that the students of the course 606 of the Technological Institute Salesiano Eloy Valenzuela have about UNESCO; in addition the learning interests about plants and animals, in this way to create a proposal where the contents of the ODS "Life of terrestrial ecosystems" are integrated having as reference the Basic Standards of Competences in Natural Sciences to create environmental conscience about problems such as desertification, hunting and traffic of species, loss of biological diversity. This study was based on the qualitative paradigm with a focus on action research and the problem of research that is based on the question: How to create environmental awareness through the strategy Learning Based on Projects that articulates the Sustainable Development Objective "Life of terrestrial ecosystems" in the teaching of Natural Sciences of the sixth grade? In order to do this, it was proposed to carry out the intervention through the didactic sequence that includes eleven sessions, two belong to the opening phase, eight to the development phase and one session for the closing phase; the results of the intervention were analyzed in a qualitative manner based on categories of the dimensions of environmental awareness, the purpose of each session and the objectives of the research. Among the results obtained, we can highlight the understanding of environmental problems, the modification of thoughts and behaviors in favor of the environment, the integration of some curricular contents with ODS 15, the creation of hypotheses based on the analysis of situations, the summary of information in graphic organizers and the strengthening of interpersonal relationships based on teamwork. *
