dc.description.abstractLa coordinación del programa de Artes Plásticas (IPRED) de la Universidad Industrial de Santander con el objetivo de describir el desempeño profesional de sus egresados titulados como evaluar la calidad y pertinencia del programa mediante la realización de un estudio de seguimiento a los mismos que permita conocer su percepción de este, así como, la de sus empleadores. Dado lo anterior, este documento describe detalladamente los pasos para la obtención de los resultados, estrategias, conclusiones y recomendaciones desde la perspectiva de sus egresados, docentes y empleadores en aras a, determinar el desempeño profesional y la situación actual de los mismos. Este seguimiento está compuesto por cuatro (4) etapas: La primera corresponde al proceso de documentación, recolección y análisis de la información sobre los graduados, que corresponde al diseño y validación del instrumento de medición con base al propuesto por el Observatorio Laboral para la Educación (OLE) y las herramientas del manual de instrumentos y recomendaciones sobre el seguimiento de egresados de la Red Gradua2. La segunda etapa propende a la recolección, selección y limpieza de la información por medio del instrumento; la tercera etapa, a través de la estadística univariada y multivariada se realiza el análisis de la información, utilizando el programa R Studio y el apoyo de SPSS Statistics y, la última etapa, se interpreta los resultados para la generación de estrategias que contribuyan al mejoramiento del programa. Estos resultados se agrupan en un marco de trabajo (Framework), el cual, permitirá con más efectividad la continuidad del seguimiento a graduados del programa de Artes Plásticas.

DESCRIPTION: The coordination of the Plastic Arts program (IPRED) of Industrial University of Santander with the objective of describing the professional performance of its graduates entitled "Master of Fine Arts" has decided to evaluate the quality and relevance of the program by conducting a study follow-up to them that allow to know their perception of this, as well as, that of their employers. Given the above, this document describes in detail the steps to obtain the results, strategies, conclusions and recommendations from the perspective of its graduates, teachers and employers to determine the professional performance and the current situation of the same. his follow-up consists of four (4) stages: The first corresponds to the process of documentation, collection and analysis of information on graduates, which corresponds to the design and validation of the measurement instrument based on that proposed by the Labor Observatory for Education (OLE) and the tools of the manual of instruments and recommendations on the follow-up of graduates of the Gradua2 network. The second stage tends to the collection, selection and cleaning of information through the instrument; the third stage, through the univariate and multivariate statistics, the analysis of the information is made, using the R Studio program and the support of SPSS Statistics and, the last stage, the results are interpreted for the generation of strategies that contribute to the improvement of the program.
