dc.description.abstractLa presente propuesta de investigación se propuso como finalidad conocer las percepciones de la sexualidad de las personas con discapacidad intelectual y su relación con los derechos sexuales y reproductivos a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura entre los años 2018-2024, bajo la fundamentación teórico conceptual de Eusebio Rubio y su teoría holónica de la sexualidad, la teoría de los guiones sexuales de William Simon y Jhon Gagnon y los aportes a la teorización de la sexualidad explicitados por Michel Foucault en su obra historia de la sexualidad para así garantizar procesos de análisis que evidencien la particularidad social y política de la sexualidad misma y su relación con los derechos humanos y la inclusión social de la población con discapacidad intelectual. Así pues a partir de un proceso de codificación temática se vislumbra calificativos en pro del detrimento de cada una de las dimensiones de la sexualidad misma en cuanto a población con discapacidad intelectual refiere, expresando la anulación y/o desvalorización de características inherentes del ser humano tales como el erotismo, la vinculación afectiva interpersonal y la reproducción paralelo a una latente desigualdad de género, lo cual desemboca en la configuración de la percepción de la sexualidad de las personas con discapacidad intelectual netamente falo céntrica, biologicista e infantilizadora que legitima procesos de vulneración de derechos humanos y afectaciones al bienestar e integridad de esta población, atribuyendo así a la sexualidad misma como un factor imprescindible en los procesos de investigación e intervención en las ciencias sociales, entre ellas, el trabajo social.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present research proposal was proposed in order to know the perceptions of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their relationship with sexual and reproductive rights through a systematic review of the literature between the years 2018-2024, under the conceptual theoretical foundation of Eusebio Rubio and his holonic theory of sexuality, the theory of sexual scripts of William Simon and Jhon Gagnon and the contributions to the theorization of sexuality made explicit by Michel Foucault in his work history of sexuality in order to guarantee analysis processes that evidence the social and political particularity of sexuality itself and its relationship with human rights and social inclusion of the population with intellectual disabilities. Thus, from a process of thematic coding, it is possible to glimpse qualifiers in favor of the detriment of each of the dimensions of sexuality itself as far as the population with intellectual disabilities is concerned, expressing the annulment and/or devaluation of inherent characteristics of human beings such as eroticism, interpersonal affective bonding and reproduction parallel to a latent gender inequality, This leads to the configuration of the perception of the sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities as phallocentric, biologicist and infantilizing, which legitimizes processes of human rights violations and affectations to the welfare and integrity of this population, thus attributing sexuality itself as an essential factor in the processes of research and intervention in the social sciences, among them, social work.
