dc.description.abstractBarrancabermeja es una ciudad que ha venido en permanente crecimiento demográfico, debido a las nuevas oportunidades laborales que han permitido el asentamiento de nuevos empresarios en la ciudad, esto genera una creciente demanda de bienes y servicios. Para esta investigación se hace referencia a los servicios de organización de eventos sociales y empresariales, ya que las personas por el poco tiempo disponible y la falta de espacios en sus hogares y trabajos, requieren de empresas que le den soluciones para celebrar los acontecimientos que marcan sus vidas, como son las primeras comuniones, los aniversarios, bautizos, cumpleaños y en el campo empresarial para realizar seminarios, talleres, conferencias entre otros. La investigación posee los estudios correspondiente en mercados: para identificar demanda, oferta, precios y comercialización; en el técnico: Definir el tamaño del proyecto, la localización, la ingeniería del proyecto, los equipos que requiere la empresa para su operación. En el Administrativo: definir el tipo de empresa, los aspectos legales y el perfil de los cargos; en el Financiero: cuantificar las inversiones necesarias, así como también proyectar los ingresos y egresos para finalmente elaborar los estados financieros. Y finalmente la evaluación social, económica, ambiental y financiera para en últimas tomar la decisión de realizar la inversión en este tipo de proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishBarrancabermeja is a city that has come in permanent population increase, due to the new labor opportunities that have allowed the establishment of new industrialists in the city; this generates an increasing demand of goods and services. For this investigation reference to the services of organization of social events becomes and enterprise, since the people by the just a short time available and lack of spaces in their homes and works, require of companies that give solutions to celebrate the events him that mark their lives, as they are the first communions, the anniversaries, baptisms, birthday and in the enterprise field to make seminaries, factories, conferences among others. The investigation has the studies corresponding in markets: in order to identify demand, supply, prices and commercialization; in the technician: To define the size of the project, the location, the engineering of the project, the equipment that the company for its operation requires. In the Administrative: one to define the type of company, the legal aspects and the profile of the positions; in the Financier: to quantify the necessary investments, as well as to project the income and debits finally to elaborate the financial statements. And finally social, economic, environmental and financial the evaluation stops in last making the decision to make the investment in this type of project..
