dc.description.abstractEl cultivo de la piña, ha sido por muchos años la principal actividad económica de familias campesinas residentes en los municipios de Lebrija, Giròn, Rio Negro y la Mesa de los Santos. La sobreproducción de la piña generada por la falta de planificación en los cultivos, por deficiencias en los canales de comercialización y por la desorganización de los productores enfrascados en una competitividad individualista que no beneficia a nadie. Una alternativa de solución a este problema planteado desde la experiencia en el cultivo de la piña que tiene uno de los autores de este proyecto, es crear una empresa que despulpe el producto y lo conserve por más tiempo empacándolo al vacío, de modo que haya opciones frente a una eventual sobreproducción y no tenga pérdidas de dinero. Los resultados de la investigación, permitió recoger información relevante sobre, los aspectos comerciales, técnico, administrativo y financiero, son entre otros, la demanda efectiva de la pulpa de piña al vacío, por parte de los hogares de los estratos 4,5 y 6 de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, quienes estarían dispuestos a consumir un total de 178 Tn/año. Para el montaje y puesta en marcha del proyecto se requiere de una inversión inicial de $194.051.425, el VPN de $237.122.642, es superior a cero (0), la tasa del 39.0424%, comparada con la tasa mínima de retorno de los inversionistas, (TMAR) del 10.95%, se recuperará en un período aproximado de 4 años, 3 meses y 14 días, tiempo relativamente corto dada la inversión, por tanto se concluye que el proyecto es rentable desde el punto de vista financiero y conveniente para su futura ejecución, sin embargo esto daría siempre y cuando se reinvirtieran los excedentes netos nuevamente en el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe culture of the fragmentation hand grenade, has been by many years the main economic activity of families resident farmers in the municipalities of Lebrija, Giròn, Black River and Mesa of the Saints. The overproduction of the fragmentation hand grenade generated by the lack of planning in the cultures, by deficiencies in the commercialization channels and by the disorganization of the producers bottled in an individualistic competitiveness that does not benefit to anybody. An alternative of solution to this problem created from the experience in the culture of the fragmentation hand grenade that has one of the authors of this project, is to create a company that despulpe the product and conserves it by more time empacando it to the emptiness, so that there are options as opposed to a possible overproduction and it does not have losses of money. The results of the investigation, allowed to collect excellent on, the aspects commercial, technical, administrative and financial, are among others, the effective demand of the pulp of fragmentation hand grenade to the emptiness, on the part of the homes of the layers 4.5 and 6 of the city of Bucaramanga, that would be arranged to consume a 178 total of Tn/year. For the assembly and beginning of the project it is required of an initial investment of $194.051.425, the VPN of $237.122.642, is superior to zero (0), the rate of the 39,0424%, compared with the minimum rate of return of the investors, (TMAR) of the 10,95%, will recover in a period approximated of 4 years, 3 months and 14 days, relatively short time given the investment, therefore this concludes that the project is profitable from the financial and advisable point of view for its future execution, nevertheless would give as long as the net ones in the project would be reinvirtieran again excessive.
