dc.description.abstractEs necesario evaluar las medidas correspondientes que se encuentran en el momento de los entornos penitenciarios, a los que se deben someter los niños y niñas para poder tener vinculación con sus madres privadas de la libertad, con el fin de cuestionar su instancia y permanencia. Partiendo de la de lo dispuesto por la legislación, el Estado y las autoridades competentes se debe velar por la garantía de los derechos en los factores que inciden en el desarrollo integral de los niños y niñas, se debe debatir si en la actualidad se están cumpliendo o por el contrario vulnerando. Por lo anterior, es pertinente una exploración y análisis de las condiciones de estos entornos penitenciarios y si responden a un beneficio en el desarrollo integral y también las consecuencias de la ruptura de la relación materno-filial en el momento en el que se debe retirar por cumplimiento de edad máxima.

Based on the provisions of the legislation, the State and the competent authorities must ensure the guarantee of rights in the factors that affect the integral development of children, it is debated whether they are currently being complied with. or on the contrary, violating. Therefore, an exploration and analysis of the conditions of these penitentiary environments is pertinent and if they respond to a benefit in the integral development and also the consequences of the rupture of the mother-child relationship at the moment in which it must be withdrawn for compliance with maximum age.
