dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se llevó acabo en convenio con la alcaldía del municipio de Málaga Santander, el cual tuvo como objetivo realizar la caracterización florística y georreferenciación de los afloramientos hídricos ubicados en las veredas de la parte alta del municipio, más exactamente entre las cotas 2000 a 2600 m.s.n.m. La administración del municipio tuvo como principal propósito con este estudio actualizar y recopilar información acerca de la ubicación y estado actual de los afloramientos hídricos. Para el desarrollo apropiado del trabajo, se implementó una metodología de tipo analítico descriptiva comprendida en tres etapas, en la primera se recopilo y consulto información secundaria, en la segunda, se realizó la recolección de los datos en los afloramientos hídricos y la en la última se procesó y analizo la información. Adicional a la caracterización florística y georreferenciación de los afloramientos hídricos, se obtuvo información acerca del estado actual y caudal aportado por los cauces. En el área de estudio se georreferenciaron en total 14 afloramientos hídricos distribuidos en 5 veredas, se elaboraron mapas de forma general e individual. En base a la información obtenida y el análisis de esta se propusieron recomendaciones y estrategias que permitan la conservación y el aprovechamiento racional de los afloramientos hídricos. _________________________
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present study was carried out in agreement with the mayor of the municipality of Málaga, Santander, which aimed to perform floristic characterization and georeferencing of water outcrops located in the sidewalks of the upper part of the municipality, more exactly between the heights 2000 a 2600 m.s.n.m. The administration of the municipality had as main purpose with this study update and collect information about the location and current state of the water outcrops. For the proper development of the work, a methodology of descriptive analytical type was implemented comprised in three stages, in the first one, secondary information was collected and consulted, in the second, data collection was done in the water outcrops and the last one was processed and analyzed the information. In addition to the floristic characterization and georeferencing of water outcrops, information was obtained about the current status and flow contributed by the channels. In the study area, a total of 14 water outcrops distributed in 5 trails were georeferenced, maps were prepared in a general and individual way. Based on the information obtained and the analysis thereof, recommendations and strategies were proposed that seek better protection and conservation of water outcrops. _________________________
