dc.description.abstractLa gestión de los riesgos en la empresa es una tarea fundamental como mecanismo estratégico de anticipación y respuesta ante situaciones desfavorables del mercado durante el desarrollo de las operaciones. Este proyecto centrará sus esfuerzos en establecer e implementar las políticas de gestión del riesgo según los lineamientos de la norma ISO 31000:2011 en Talleres Terminal Y Cía. S.A.S., una empresa que ofrece servicios de mantenimiento de maquinaria pesada, con la finalidad de fortalecer la identificación, análisis, evaluación y tratamiento de los riesgos asociados a los procesos, para poder mantener una operación segura y eficiente y adoptar una cultura de mejoramiento continuo. Para ello se llevaran a cabo las siguientes actividades; chequeo de estado de la empresa frente a la gestión del riesgo, análisis y establecimiento del contexto de la empresa para establecer su campo de acción (debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas), a partir de ello, mediante una matriz de identificación y valoración de riesgos, se establecerán los riesgos prioritarios por proceso y se diseñaran las estrategias o planes de acción para cada uno de ellos, luego se estudiara el costo beneficio de las estrategias y se implementaran las que sean viables, se evaluará la efectividad de las estrategias mediante indicadores de gestión y el diseño e implementación de dos auditorías internas. Se establecerán los mecanismos apropiados de participación y consulta de los trabajadores para crear un sistema global de actualización y mejora continua de la gestión de los riesgos. ______________________
dc.description.abstractenglishThe risk management in the company is a key task as a strategic mechanism of anticipation and response to unfavorable market conditions during the development of operations. This project will focus its efforts on establishing and implementing policies for risk management according to the guidelines of ISO 31000: 2011 in Talleres Terminal Y Cía. S.A.S., a company that provides maintenance of heavy machinery, in order to strengthen the identification, analysis, evaluation and treatment of the risks associated with the processes, in order to maintain a safe and efficient operation and adopt a culture of continuous improvement. For it will be held the following activities; checking status of the company against risk management, analyzing and establishing the context of the company to define its scope (weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats) through a matrix of identification and risk assessment, priority risks by process and establishing strategies or action plans for each of them, then the cost benefit of the strategies is studied and implement the viable were designed, the effectiveness of the strategies will be assessed through management indicators and the design and implementation of two internal audits. Appropriate mechanisms for participation and consultation of employees shall be established to create a global system of updating and continuous improvement of risk management. ______________________ *
