dc.description.abstractResumen Título: Desarrollo de infusión a base de pulpa de café en el municipio del Socorro Santander* Autores: Carlos Andrés Rodríguez Mejía** Palabras claves: cascara de café, beneficios, estandarizado, rentabilidad Descripción: La propuesta del presente proyecto fue desarrollar un producto derivado de la cascara del café para la obtención de infusión, con ello minimizar la problemática que se presenta en la región del no aprovechamiento de este subproducto, con el fin de generar mayores beneficios económicos a los agricultores del municipio del Socorro, por ello se presenta un producto plenamente estandarizado en cada uno de sus procesos para garantizar la calidad de esta infusión, dicho procesos se realizó mediante el uso de herramientas con las cuales se pretenda determinar la aceptación de este producto en la zona he identificar posibles competencias en la zona teniendo como resultado final que se pueda ofrecer un producto competente al público y que tanto para los productores presente rentabilidad y que para los compradores tenga una expectativa positiva hacia este producto
