dc.description.abstractEsta investigación busca efectuar un acertado enfoque sobre la creación y organización de una empresa de fabricación y comercialización, mediante una estimación de la situación actual del sector en la ciudad, definiendo una estructura adecuada a sus necesidades, caracterizando el mercado oferente, identificando las variables y niveles de comercialización además de definir adecuados volúmenes de ventas. La investigación es exploratoria y descriptiva permitiendo identificar características, formas de conducta y actitudes del universo investigado estableciendo comportamientos concretos y comprobando la asociación entre las variables investigadas. La investigación emplea como fuente primaria la encuesta mediante un cuestionario de aplicación directa y como fuente secundaria se emplea el DANE, la Cámara de Comercio e Internet. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que el 77,78% de las empresas muestran interés por la creación de la nueva empresa de muebles, donde la frecuencia de cambio de muebles en promedio la hacen cada 3,59 años y cada vez que cambian muebles por lo general adquieren en promedio 2,2 unidades. Por lo tanto, se puede estimar una demanda para la nueva empresa de 473 muebles/año. El estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener los recursos necesarios para la puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa. El estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($43267.788) y el capital de trabajo ($24259.788) están al alcance de los inversionistas del proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativas sino por el contrario generará empleo y se aportará al sector del mueble; los indicadores TIR (63,30%) y VPN ($54905.566,31) indican las bondades económicas y la recuperación de la inversión en el plazo de tres años, tres meses y 19 días.
