dc.description.abstract	Elaborar un plan de negocio para crear un centro de acopio y distribución de frutas y verduras obtenidas en el municipio de Rionegro Santander con el fin de distribuirlas en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga para ello se realizará un análisis de la fluctuación de los precios en el departamento contemplando los componentes que componen el plan técnico administrativo y comercial del mismo, esto con el fin de determinar la viabilidad del modelo de negocio. Para ello se elaborará un instrumento de medición con el fin de conocer la demanda de los productos en relación a la oferta de esta manera se determinará el tamaño del CEDI para así poder organizar el modelo de negocio canvas. Como resultado se obtendrá la diferencia en relación a los precios productor VS consumidor, se visualizará el negocio a futuro y se proyectarán metas y alcances así como los valores corporativos, se establecerá el proceso logístico, administrativo y la estrategia de marketing, todo lo anterior con el fin de evidenciar que el modelo de negocio es rentable. En conclusión el presente documento llevará al lector a un proceso de apropiación, planeación y visualización de un modelo de negocio mediante el cual los campesinos del país pueden mediante la asociatividad y cambio de mentalidad en relación a la misma obtener un mayor margen de ganancia y por ende una mejor calidad de vida.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Prepare a business plan to create a collection and distribution center for fruits and vegetables obtained in the municipality of Rionegro Santander in order to distribute them in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, for which an analysis of the fluctuation of prices in the department will be carried out. Considering the components that make up the technical, administrative and commercial plan of the same, this in order to determine the viability of the business model. For this, a measurement instrument will be developed in order to know the demand for the products in relation to the supply, in this way the size of the CEDI will be determined in order to organize the canvas business model. As a result, the difference will be obtained in relation to producer vs consumer prices, the future business will be visualized and goals and scopes will be projected as well as corporate values, the logistics, administrative process and the marketing strategy will be established, all of the above with in order to show that the business model is restored. In conclusion, this document will take the reader to a process of appropriation, planning and visualization of a business model through which the country's peasants can, through associativity and change of mentality in relation to it, obtain a greater profit margin and therefore hence a better quality of life.
