dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como propósito adquirir un mejor entendimiento del potencial y atractivo de la creación y puesta en marcha de la empresa Alimentos congelados ProVeggie, así como conocer los riesgos y aspectos clave para su éxito. Aquí se abarca la línea de carnes vegetales con base en legumbres, orientada al aprovechamiento de dos fuertes tendencias de los últimos años: el estilo de vida vegetariano y el consumo de alimentos saludables. Esta idea de negocio busca a largo plazo mitigar la contaminación ambiental que una dieta a base de carne animal produce, ofertando productos que faciliten y motiven la transición a una alimentación vegetariana. Para el desarrollo de este plan de negocios se realizó un análisis del sector de alimentos, tanto a nivel nacional como regional. Seguidamente se efectuó un estudio de mercados con el fin de determinar el grado de aceptación de la idea, las preferencias del mercado objetivo definido y la demanda potencial. De allí se definieron estrategias de mercadeo para la empresa. Posteriormente, se realizaron los respectivos análisis técnicos del producto y el proceso productivo, el impacto social y ambiental del negocio, y el análisis organizacional de la empresa. Finalmente, se realizó el estudio de viabilidad financiera, evaluando diferentes escenarios y se precisaron las estrategias de inmersión y funcionamiento de la empresa. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this project is to gain a better understanding of the potential and attractiveness of the creation and start-up of the ProVeggie Frozen Food Company, as well as to know the risks and key aspects for its success. Here is the line of vegetable meats based on legumes, aimed at taking advantage of two strong trends of recent years: the vegetarian lifestyle and the consumption of healthy foods. This business idea seeks in the long term to mitigate the environmental contamination that a diet based on animal meat produces, offering products that facilitate and motivate the transition to a vegetarian diet. For the development of this business plan, an analysis of the food sector was carried out, both nationally and regionally. Then a market study was done in order to determine the degree of acceptance of the idea, the preferences of the defined target market and the potential demand. From there, marketing strategies for the company were defined. Subsequently, the respective technical analyzes of the product and the production process, the social and environmental impact of the business, and the organizational analysis of the company were carried out. Finally, the financial viability study was executed, evaluating different scenarios, and the immersion and operation strategies of the company were specified. *
