dc.description.abstractEl turismo actualmente se ha consolidado como una industria de desarrollo económico. La consolidación del Socorro como destino turístico se logró mediante el ámbito histórico por la relevancia de sus hechos, la industria turística está en constante crecimiento el cual está acompañado por el factor innovación. El siguiente proyecto de investigación quiere lograr el desarrollo de una formación del servicio de guianza basado en el turismo rural como factor innovador de la zona, para ser ejecutado en los recursos naturales y poder generar un producto en la vereda Morros. La investigación arrojara resultados los cuales servirán para crear estrategias destinadas al mejoramiento del plan y a su vez a la estructuración de futuros planes. Por estas circunstancias se generaron dos preguntas a resolver en torno a la investigación las cuales fueron: ¿Un plan de formación en guianza turística entre los jóvenes del colegio Alberto Santos Buitrago para el fomento del turismo rural se constituye en una alternativa eficaz para abrir nuevos campos de acción en el municipio de Socorro, teniendo la capacidad de mejorar la atención al visitante que demande servicios rurales? Y ¿La articulación de instituciones educativas de nivel secundario y superior puede generar una estrategia eficaz para promover programas de formación a estudiantes como guías turísticos de su región, los cuales estén acorde a estándares de calidad y el fortalecimiento económico? Con el ánimo de dar respuestas a estos interrogantes se desarrollarán tres capítulos los cuales tendrán características independientes para formar un conjunto de conclusiones para el investigador.1 1
dc.description.abstractenglishTourism has now established itself as an industry of economic development. The consolidation of the Socorro as a tourist destination was achieved through the historical scope by the relevance of its facts, the tourist industry is in constant growth which is accompanied by the innovation factor. The following research project wants to achieve the development of a training of the service of guidance based on rural tourism as the area innovative factor, to be run in natural resources and be able to generate a product on the sidewalk Morros. The research will yield results which will serve to create strategies aimed at improving the plan and in turn to the structuring of future plans. Due to these circumstances, two questions were raised about the research, which were: ¿A training plan in tourist guidance among the young people of the Alberto Santos Buitrago school for the promotion of rural tourism is an effective alternative to open new fields Of action in the municipality of Socorro, having the capacity to improve the attention to the visitor that demands rural services? And can the articulation of secondary and higher education institutions generate an effective strategy to promote training programs for students as tour guides for their region, which are in line with quality standards and economic strengthening? With the aim of giving answers to these questions will develop three chapters which are independent features to form a set of conclusions for the researcher2.
