dc.description.abstractEl presente documento tiene como intención exponer las actividades ejecutadas durante la práctica empresarial en la Secretaría de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga donde se realizó apoyo técnico al proceso de contratación estatal de obras e interventoría y su respectiva adjudicación. En primer lugar se dará una introducción, posteriormente la descripción del sitio de práctica, luego se dará lugar a la metodología implementada durante la práctica para el correcto desarrollo de las actividades otorgadas como ingeniero de apoyo al área contratación pública, donde se realizaron labores de control y seguimiento de obras a través de las programaciones, se determinaron de costos directos e indirectos de obra, se realizaron cálculos de provisiones de pago de ajuste, se proyectaron respuestas a peticiones quejas reclamos y sugerencias a cerca de procesos de contratación, se realizaron las evaluaciones técnicas a la obra e interventoría y por ultimo respectiva adjudicación de los procesos de contratación evaluados. Para terminar se presentarán los resultados obtenidos, los aportes y las evidencias de la participación en los cada uno de los procesos como, elaboración presupuestos, cronogramas, formatos de evaluación de requisitos habilitantes y ponderables, formatos de fondo de reajuste, con el fin de dar las conclusiones correspondientes de la realización de este trabajo de grado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document is intended to expose the activities carried out during the internship practice in the Secretariat of Infrastructure of the Mayor's Office of Bucaramanga where technical support was provided to the state contracting process of works and auditing and their respective awarding. First of all, an introduction will be given, then the description of the practice site, followed by the methodology implemented during the practice for the correct development of the activities granted as support engineer to the public procurement area, where control and monitoring of works were performed through the schedules, direct and indirect costs of work were determined, calculations of provisions for payment of adjustment were made, answers to requests, complaints and suggestions about contracting processes were projected, technical evaluations were made to the work and auditing and finally the respective awarding of the evaluated procurement processes. Finally, we will present the results obtained, the contributions and the evidence of the participation in each of the processes such as, budget elaboration, chronograms, evaluation formats of qualifying and ponderable requirements, readjustment fund formats, with the purpose of giving the corresponding conclusions of the realization of this work of degree.
