dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de esta investigación es fundamental para los adultos mayores, ya que del estudio que se realice y el manejo de la información se concretará la factibilidad para la creación de la fundación, en donde los únicos beneficiados serán sus integrantes. La Fundación Nuevo Horizonte busca desarrollar propuestas de bienestar para hombres y mujeres de 50 años de los diferentes estratos socioeconómicos de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana, dentro de las áreas de Salud, Recreación y Deporte y Formación y Capacitación. El objetivo del proyecto es realizar una evaluación económica y financiera, técnica y administrativa de la factibilidad para la creación de una fundación que permita brindar atención integral a los adultos mayores y de esta manera lograr que los participantes mejoren su calidad de vida junto con su familia, adecuar un lugar físico agradable que permita ofrecer los diversos servicios con una calidad competitiva. El desarrollo de esta investigación es fundamental para los adultos mayores, ya que del estudio que se realice y el manejo de la información se concretará la factibilidad para la creación de la fundación, en donde los únicos beneficiados serán sus integrantes. En conclusión la población encuestada tanto directores de otras entidades que benefician a los adultos mayores y los mismos adultos manifiestan su interés por recibir los servicios que en el estudio de mercados se reflejaron. A nivel financiero la fundación es viable porque es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro que gracias al aporte de sus socios logrará mantener el portafolio de servicios durante los primeros cinco años sin tener nivel de endeudamiento o apalancamiento.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe development of this investigation is fundamental for the biggest adults, since of the study that is carried out and the handling of the information will be summed up the feasibility for the creation of the foundation where the only beneficiaries will be their members. The Foundation New Horizon looks for to develop proposals of well-being for men and women of 50 years of the different socioeconomic strata of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area, inside the areas of Health, Recreation and Sport and Formation and Training. The objective of the project is to carry out an economic and financial evaluation, technique and administrative of the feasibility for the creation of a foundation that allows to offer integral attention to the biggest adults and this way to achieve the participants to improve its quality of life together with its family, to adapt a pleasant physical place that allows to offer the diverse services with a competitive quality. The development of this investigation is fundamental for the biggest adults, since of the study that is carried out and the handling of the information will be summed up the feasibility for the creation of the foundation where the only beneficiaries will be their members. In conclusion the population interviewed so much directors of other entities that you/they benefit the biggest adults and the same adults manifest their interest to receive the services that were reflected in the study of markets. At financial level the foundation is viable because it is an entity without spirit of lucre that will be able to maintain the briefcase of services during the first five years without having level of indebtedness or leverage thanks to the contribution of its partners
