dc.description.abstractEl presente documento es el resultado del acompañamiento jurídico efectuado mediante la realización de la práctica jurídico social denominada , direccionada a los y las integrantes del colectivo barrista del municipio de Bucaramanga como una forma de retribuir a la sociedad los esfuerzos en la formación profesional y contribuir con el fortalecimiento del tejido social; por la complejidad del colectivo y la irrisoria normativa en el tema objeto de la práctica como también las dinámicas sociales en que el mismo se desarrolla en el seno de la sociedad; la promoción de derechos y la promulgación de los deberes lo cual resulta un espacio trascendental como forma de dignificar el colectivo. Mediante acciones encaminadas a dicho propósito se plantearon objetivos claros cuyo principal fue el acompañamiento jurídico bri conmutación de comparendos, entre muchos otros escenarios de orientación jurídica teniendo como base la Constitución Política y los lineamientos de la ley 1801 del 2016. Así las cosas, se podrá observar la efectiva realización y cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados y los fundamentos que soportan cada uno de ellos. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThe document presented below is the result of the legal accompaniment performed by implementing the social legal practice called: "Promotion of rights and duties, security and coexistence on the subject of tolerant soccercheering"; This was conducted on the male and female members of the soccercheering collective of the municipality of Bucaramanga as a way of giving back to society the efforts in professional training and contributing to the strengthening of the social fabric. Due to the complexity of the group and the ridiculous regulations on the subject matter of the practice, as well as the social dynamics in which it develops within society, the promotion of rights and the promulgation of duties is a crucial space as a way to dignify the collective. Through actions aimed at this purpose, clear objectives were raised, the main one of TE LA BARRA A KEEP IT UP WITH THE SUPPORTERS; TO TAKE IT OFF THE COURT; creating spaces for dialogue, prevention, commutation of subpoenas, among many other scenarios of legal orientation based on the Political Constitution and the guidelines of Law 1801 of 2016. Thus, it will be possible to observe the effective realization and fulfillment of the proposed objectives and the fundamentals that support each of them. 3
