dc.description.abstractCarlixplast Ltda es una empresa líder en el oriente colombiano con 42 años de trayectoria en fabricación y comercialización de empaques plásticos flexibles de alta calidad. En su larga trayectoria cuenta con un grupo importante de empleados, y esto conlleva a que el proceso de la gestión humana sea importante para el desarrollo del talento humano y objetivos organizacionales. En el presente proyecto se buscó el mejoramiento del proceso de gestión del talento humano a partir de los resultados arrojados de un diagnóstico de las condiciones iniciales. Con base a lo anterior, se llevaron a cabo las siguientes fases: realización de un diagnóstico para conocer el estado inicial del proceso, el cual consistió en entrevistas al director de recursos humanos, revisión documental, encuesta, diseño e implementación de un instrumento para evaluar el cumplimiento del proceso de GTH y análisis de información cuantitativa. Con base los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico, se formuló el plan de mejoramiento, el cual está compuesto por 15 actividades que fueron socializadas ante la junta directiva y el director de recursos humanos para su respectiva aprobación. Seguidamente, se implementó las mejoras aprobadas y se diseñó indicadores de gestión con el fin de medir el cumplimiento y seguimiento de las mejoras. Finalmente, se realizó conclusiones y recomendaciones del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishCarlixplast Ltda is the leader firm from the colombian east with 42 years of experience producing and placing on the market high queality flexible plastic packages. On its long path, it has been composed and supported by an important group of workers, which is why the management of human processes had leaded us to a great development of human capital and organizational goals. In this project we tried to improve our labour force running through results gotten from initial conditions. Based on the previous, we have passed through the following phases: -Do a diagnosis to recognize the initial state of the process, based on interviews to the human capital manager, documentary investigations, surveys, designs and implementations so as to identify the process accomplishment (GTH) and the analysis of quantitative information. Based on theses resourses, we formulated an improvement plan, compound by 15 activities exposed to the management board and the human capital director in order to be aproved. Then, we applied theses improvements and designed management indicators so as to measure the accomplishment and track of these developments, Finally, we made conclusions and recommendations of this project.
