dc.description.abstractEste proyecto tiene como objetivo la validación y documentación del proceso de fabricación de embarcaderos fluviales flotantes construidos por COTECMAR en el marco del CONTRATO FNTC 646 DE 2023 entre FONTUR y la UIS, partiendo de la necesidad de establecer un control de calidad riguroso en el acompañamiento técnico durante la etapa de fabricación de los embarcaderos. Para cumplir con el objetivo principal, se planteó una metodología estructurada en función de los objetivos específicos del proyecto, organizando las actividades en etapas necesarias para cumplir cada uno de los objetivos relacionados con la recopilación de documentación técnica, validación de materiales y condiciones de operación. En la primera fase del proyecto, se logró registrar y evidenciar de forma detallada las acciones adelantadas por COTECMAR para la fabricación de los embarcaderos. En las siguientes fases, se logró analizar los resultados de los ensayos de calidad aplicados a materiales, procesos de soldadura y efectos de exposición prolongada a condiciones ambientales, asegurando que las estructuras cumplen con las normativas, los estándares requeridos y ofrecen la durabilidad y funcionalidad necesarias en los entornos operativos donde estarán ubicados.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project aims to validate and document the manufacturing process of floating river docks built by COTECMAR, under CONTRACT FNTC 646 de 2023 between FONTUR and UIS, based on the need to establish rigorous quality control during the technical supervision of the dock fabrication stage. To achieve the main objective, a methodology was designed based on the project's specific objectives, organizing the activities into stages necessary to fulfill each goal related to the collection of technical documentation, validation of materials, and operating conditions. In the first phase of the project, the actions carried out by COTECMAR for the construction of the docks were thoroughly recorded and documented. In the subsequent phases, the results of quality tests applied to materials, welding processes, and the effects of prolonged exposure to environmental conditions were analyzed, ensuring that the structures comply with regulations, meet the required standards, and provide the necessary durability and functionality in the operational environments where they will be deployed.
