dc.description.abstract	En la compañía Superpolo S.A.S fabricante de carrocerías, hay diferentes procesos en línea de ensamble y áreas de apoyo que están engranadas para la obtención del producto final. En las líneas de apoyo se encuentra el área de fibra, encargada de suplir piezas de fibra y termoformado a las líneas de acuerdo con la demanda del proceso productivo. En termoformado hay tres termoformadoras de la cual hay una que esta categorizada como equipo crítico de acuerdo con la matriz de criticidad de la organización. El desarrollo de la implementación de PMO inicia con el apoyo de la alta gerencia, parte fundamental para el cumplimiento de los objetivos trazados y el compromiso de los diferentes niveles, sin este apoyo se dificulta el desarrollo de la metodología. En este documento se encontrará el desarrollo de la implementación de PMO, de acuerdo con los pasos establecidos en la metodología y desarrollado por un equipo interdisciplinario y tomando como base la información de manuales, experiencia del equipo, fallas recurrentes de la máquina e información del software de mantenimiento, permitiendo agrupar las tareas actuales, realizar análisis de falla para la optimización de las actividades y evidenciar que se tenían tareas repetidas y otras que no agregaban ningún valor al proceso de mantenimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the company Superpolo S.A.S, a bodywork manufacturer, there are different assembly line processes and support areas that are geared towards obtaining the final product. In the support lines is the fiber area, in charge of supplying fiber pieces and thermoforming to the lines according to the demand of the production process. In thermoforming there are three thermoformers of which there is one that is categorized as critical equipment according to the criticality matrix of the organization. The development of the PMO implementation begins with the support of senior management, a fundamental part for the fulfillment of the objectives set and the commitment of the different levels, without this support the development of the methodology is difficult. In this document you will find the development of the PMO implementation, according to the steps established in the methodology and developed by an interdisciplinary team and based on the information from manuals, team experience, recurrent machine failures and software information. maintenance, allowing to group current tasks, perform failure analysis to optimize activities and show that there were repeated tasks and others that did not add any value to the maintennce process.
