dc.description.abstractLa finalidad de este documento es describir la metodología aplicada en la práctica empresarial del estudiante Jorge Eduardo Castro Carreño con el Grupo Prevesa durante un periodo de cuatro meses comprendido entre julio y noviembre de 2024. El objetivo principal de la práctica fue apoyar al área de gestión de proyectos en la ejecución de la obra de infraestructura Anillo Vial Externo Metropolitano en el departamento de Santander. Se exponen las actividades realizadas sobre planeación y control de cronogramas, control presupuestal, gestión documental, verificación de normativas y estándares de calidad de los procesos constructivos y otras actividades donde se realizó asistencia logística. Se ofrece también una visión y un contexto de la experiencia del estudiante dentro de este entorno laboral donde interactuó con profesionales de diferentes disciplinas, trabajadores, clientes, proveedores y terceros adyacentes al proyecto como habitantes de la zona en construcción, fortaleciendo su pensamiento ingenieril, resolviendo situaciones de manera cotidiana. Al final se extraen algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones que agrupen y representen los conceptos más importantes y destacables de las tareas realizadas y de la experiencia en general del estudiante dentro del campo profesional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this document is to present a clear, concise, and organized breakdown of the methodology applied in the professional practice of the student Jorge Eduardo Castro Carreño with Grupo Prevesa during a four-month period from July to November 2024. The primary objective was to support the project management area in the execution of the Anillo Vial Externo Metropolitano road infrastructure project in the department of Santander. The student tasks were based on the topics of schedule and budget control, document management, verification of compliance with regulations and quality standards in construction processes, and risk analysis, highlighting the importance of each activity within the project itself and in relation to the student's professional growth. A perspective and context of the student's performance in a work environment where he received excellent support from company professionals but also had to apply engineering thinking on various occasions and solve situations independently will also be offered. Finally, there will be extracted some conclusions and recommendations that group and represent the most important and noteworthy concepts of the tasks performed and the overall experience as an engineer working in the professional field.
