dc.descriptionEl debate entre universalismo moral y particularismo ético aún no encuentra un punto de conciliación equilibrado. La perspectiva particularista critica al universalismo la nivelación que de las especificidades y diferencias culturales pretende, amparado en el argumento de la necesidad de una concepción universal de los derechos humanos; el enfoque universalista, por su parte, critica al particularismo que, amparándose en la defensa de la soberanía nacional y la autodeterminación política y cultural, acarree como peligrosa consecuencia, la legitimación de ciertas prácticas culturales que atentan contra los derechos y libertades básicas fundamentales. Con Reiner Forst, se nos presenta una tentativa de conciliación a este debate mediante su tesis sobre el derecho básico a la justificación, que no es otra cosa que una nueva concepción de los derechos humanos y por tanto, de la justicia.es-ES
