dc.description.abstractConsiderada la Universidad hoy en día como una Institución protagónica de los momentos sociales, políticos y económicos de la sociedad, es necesario comprometernos en lograr la Formación Integral de las personas, a fin de lograr profesionales e investigadores que actúan en forma responsable frente a la sociedad, con criterio propio para que asuman los retos y cambios a que estamos sometidos en el nuevo modelo de Universidad, la acción universitaria tiene como patrones: la calidad, la eficiencia o pertinencia. Es necesario que como docentes de la Universidad Industrial de Santander logremos a través de la adquisición de conocimientos teóricos desde la perspectiva interdisciplinaria, comprender la problemática actual por la que atraviesa la educación y capacitarnos para que en nuestra práctica docente podamos innovar, investigar, incorporar las nuevas tecnologías educativas, y lograr con ello el mejoramiento de la calidad de la docencia y actividad educativa. Para los docentes vinculados a la Carrera de Derecho, se exige un reto mayor frente a la formación de los futuros abogados, dado el papel protagónico que desarrollamos en la sociedad, motivo por el cual los docentes debemos comprometernos en encaminar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje a lograr no sólo la adquisición y comprensión de los conocimiento de la normatividad jurídica, ofreciéndole al alumno las herramientas necesarias para entender e interpretar la normatividad Œ en continuo cambio- para que pueda aplicarla a los casos concretos y reales con los que se va a enfrentar, sino también debemos dejar en el estudiante la inquietud de que comprenda el derecho como parte de la realidad social y en el que el abogado juega un papel protagónico.
dc.description.abstractenglishConsidered the University nowadays like a protagonist Institution of the social, political andeconomic moments of the society, it is necessary to jeopardize to us in managing the IntegralFormation of the people, in order to obtain professionals and investigators who act in responsibleform front to the society, with own criterion so that they assume the challenges and changes to thatwe are put under in the new model of University, the university action has like patterns: the quality,the efficiency or pertinencia. Is necessary that as educational of the Industrial University of Santander we obtain through thetheoretical knowledge acquisition from the interdisciplinary perspective, to include understandproblematic the present one by which it crosses the education and to become qualified so that inour educational practice we pruned to innovate, to investigate, to incorporate the new educativetechnologies, and to obtain with it the improvement of the quality of teaching and educative activity. For educational the tie ones to the Race of Right, a challenge is demanded greater front to theformation of the future lawyers, dice the protagonist paper who we developed in the society, reasonby which the educational ones we must be committed in directing the processes of education andlearning to obtain not only the acquisition and understanding of the knowledge of the legalnormatividad, offering to the student the tools to him necessary to understand and to interpret thenormatividad - in continuous change so that it can apply it to the tactical missions and real which itis going away to face, but also we must leave in the student the restlessness of whichincludes/understands the right like part of the social reality and in the one that the lawyer plays aprotagonist role
