dc.description.abstractAquí se plantea, a partir de un estudio cualitativo de caso, en los grados noveno y décimo de bachillerato, una propuesta donde se presenta la importancia de los derechos humanos y la convivencia. En este trabajo se busca dar una mirada diferente del Ethos cultural con el fin de contribuir a una sociedad justa, equitativa y fundamentada en el respeto por los derechos humanos. Esta propuesta incorpora diversas actividades como: entrevistas, pruebas estructuradas, talleres, conferencias y diversas dinámicas, permitiendo la apropiación, a partir de las pedagogías; comprensiva, dialógica y problémica, de los derechos humanos y la convivencia. Es a partir de la educación de donde se debe dar la promoción y desarrollo humano buscando un cambio en cada una de las capacidades adquiridas y multiculturales para identificar la incertidumbre aprovechando la información disponible para transformar el Ethos sociocultural. Se identificaron los presaberes sobre derechos humanos que tenían los estudiantes. El diseño de cada una de las actividades didácticas logró sensibilizar y permitir que ellos reconocieran el conflicto vivido en el país. Se mostró que es importante hacer cambios que conlleven a tener una mejor sociedad a partir de una buena convivencia, de las relaciones con el otro. Aquí se colocó en evidencia que una forma de cambiar el Ethos, es que existan modelos pedagógicos que conlleven a tener un pensamiento crítico.
dc.description.abstractenglishHere we present a proposal, based on a qualitative case study. It consists in the importance of the Human Rights and the Coexistence concepts. We applied that, to the first and second high school grades. In this work we are looking for a different point of view of the Cultural Ethos. The aim is to contribute to a fair society, equitable and based on respect for the Human Rights. This proposal incorporates different activities such as: interviews, structured test, workshops and conferences. The students appropriated the concepts of Human Rights and the coexistence, from these activities. Such activities were based on the comprehensive, dialogic and problemic pedagogies. It is from the education that the promotion and human development must be given. We must do that seeking for a change in both the acquired and multicultural capacities to identify the uncertainty. We must take advantage of the information available to transform the Cultural Ethos. We identify the pre-knowledge that the students had. The design of the didactic activities sensitivized them. It allowed that they recognized the internal conflict lived in our country. We show that it is important to make changes that lead to a better society. Which, is based on a good coexistence and on relationships with the others. Here, we pointed out that one way to change the Ethos, is from pedagogical models that lead to a critical thinking.
