dc.description.abstractEste proyecto nace de una necesidad que existe en el mercado nacional en dónde la calidad del producto ante la vista del consumidor es de suma importancia, para mejorar la calidad del huevo o más específicamente de la yema de este; este bloque nutricional se implementará en gallinas ponedoras es una estrategia que nos permitirá suministrar nutrientes como: proteínas, carbohidratos y minerales de forma lenta y segura al ave, optimizando así su entorno y mejorando la calidad de vida. Una correcta alimentación de la gallina ponedora permitirá satisfacer su apetito; Son una manera de realizar la suplementación proteico-mineral, para de esta forma suministrar los nutrientes necesarios para los animales, en aquellas épocas del año donde las pasturas presentan bajo valor nutritivo. Debido a la demanda que se tiene, tanto por el alto valor nutricional y el bajo costo del huevo, en las últimas décadas se ha optado por utilizar sistemas de producción muy intensivos, en el cuál las aves permanecen en jaulas durante toda su vida productiva. Estos son sistemas de producción muy costosos para los pequeños productores de países en desarrollo, además genera una falta de confort al ave, por el poco espacio en el que se encuentra.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is born from a need that exists in the national market where the quality of the product in the eyes of the consumer is of utmost importance, to improve the quality of the egg or more specifically its yolk; This nutritional block will be implemented in laying hens. It is a strategy that will allow us to supply nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates and minerals slowly and safely to the bird, thus optimizing its environment and improving quality of life. Correct feeding of the laying hen will satisfy its appetite; They are a way of carrying out protein-mineral supplementation, in order to supply the necessary nutrients for animals, in those times of the year where pastures have low nutritional value. Due to the demand, both due to the high nutritional value and the low cost of the egg, in recent decades it has been decided to use very intensive production systems, in which the birds remain in cages throughout their productive life. These are very expensive production systems for small producers in developing countries, and they also cause a lack of comfort for the bird due to the limited space in which it is located.
