dc.description.abstractEl Banco de Programas y Proyectos de Inversión (BPPI-UIS), es un sistema de información que maneja la unidad asesora de rectoría “Planeación” en donde los usuarios pueden formular y consultar proyectos de inversión de la universidad. Sistema que actualmente no es utilizado puesto que presenta algunas limitaciones de acceso y sus funcionalidades ya no son suficientes; por el contrario, dificultan el proceso de viabilización de proyectos que involucra no solo la gestión de registro de proyectos, sino también la evaluación de estos. Desde el grupo de Renovación de Sistema de Información (RSI) de la unidad administrativa División de Servicios de Información (DSI), surge el presente proyecto que mediante metodologías ágiles busca desarrollar y desplegar en el ambiente Develop (ambiente de desarrollo manejado por RSI), el componente de gestión del registro de proyectos del BPPI-UIS basado en microservicios y en patrones de diseño de software que permiten escribir código limpio, comprensible y de fácil mantenimiento. Con este desarrollo se cubre la funcionalidad del antiguo sistema y gracias al trabajo realizado en la etapa de definición, que abarca el levantamiento de requerimientos y el diseño de todo el sistema, se avanza en las especificaciones de otros componentes del BPPI-UIS que facilitarán la evaluación y viabilización de los proyectos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Investment Programs and Projects Bank (BPPI-UIS) is an information system managed by the rectory’s advising unit "Planning," where users can formulate and consult university investment projects. The system is currently not in use since it presents access limitations and its functionalities are no longer sufficient; on the contrary, these limitations hinder the project viability process, involving not only project registration management but also their evaluation. From the Information System Renewal (RSI) group within the administrative unit Division of Information Services (DSI), this project emerges. Through agile methodologies, it aims to develop and deploy in the Develop (development environment managed by RSI), environment the project registration management component of the BPPI-UIS based on microservices and software design patterns that allow writing clean, understandable, and easily maintainable code. This development covers the functionality of the old system, and thanks to the work carried out in the definition stage, which includes requirements gathering and the design of the entire system, progress is made in the specifications of other components of the BPPI-UIS that will facilitate the evaluation and viability of projects.
