Este trabajo presenta los resultados de una encuesta de preferencias declaradas, en un experimento de elección discreta diseñado para la obtención de indicadores de calidad en el servicio de transporte colectivo urbano en el Municipio de Barrancabermeja, para lo cual se plantearon alternativas que contienen los atributos: tarifa, distancia de caminata desde el origen al paradero, tiempo de espera en el paradero, tiempo de viaje en el vehiculo, disponibilidad de asientos, conductor y estado del vehículo, generando un modelo Logit Multinomial, que permite concluir para la ciudad en estudio que los atributos mas relevantes sobre la calidad del servicio son: tarifa 32.6%, distancia caminada desde el origen al paradero 18.0% y tiempo de viaje 14.3%.
This paper presents the results of stated-preference, discrete selection experiments designed to obtain quality indicators in the urban public transport service in the town of Barrancabermeja, which was raised to two alternatives that contain the attributes : fare, walking distance from origin to fate, waiting time at bus stop, travel time in vehicle, availability of seats, driver and vehicle, generating a Multinomial Logit model, which allows the city to complete study attributes most relevant to the quality of the service are: 32.6% rate, walking distance from the origin to the whereabouts 18.0% and 14.3% travel time.
