dc.description.abstract	Resumen Este proyecto desarrolla un plan de mercadeo para la comercialización del chocolate de mesa con té verde CHOPI en el municipio de Piedecuesta, Santander. La propuesta surge ante la falta de productos innovadores que integren beneficios funcionales en el mercado local, combinando el sabor tradicional del chocolate con las propiedades antioxidantes y saludables del té verde. El objetivo general es determinar el segmento de mercado, analizar el entorno mediante matrices estratégicas y formular estrategias que fortalezcan la comercialización eficiente del producto. El estudio incluye un análisis detallado del sector, tendencias de consumo, competencia, perfil del consumidor y viabilidad técnica y financiera. Se proyecta que CHOPI contribuya a diversificar la oferta de productos saludables, impulsar la economía local y fomentar la innovación en la industria chocolatera.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Abstract This project develops a marketing plan for the commercialization of CHOPI green tea table chocolate in the municipality of Piedecuesta, Santander. The proposal arises from the need to innovate in the local market with products that, in addition to their traditional flavor, provide functional health benefits thanks to the antioxidant properties of green tea. The main objective is to identify the market segment, analyze the environment using strategic matrices, and design strategies that strengthen the efficient commercialization of the product. The study includes a detailed analysis of the sector, consumer trends, competition, consumer profile, as well as technical and financial feasibility. With this project, CHOPI is expected to contribute to diversifying the supply of healthy products, boosting the local economy, and fostering innovation in the chocolate industry.
