dc.description.abstractLa práctica empresarial desarrollada en la empresa PG S.A.S. como auxiliar de ingeniería se centró en apoyar el sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) y la administración del banco de maquinaria. Esto incluyó la organización de los documentos requeridos para el SGC, la elaboración de un inventario completo y la creación de los formatos técnicos correspondientes, en estos últimos se detallan las especificaciones técnicas de los activos no corrientes, así como su contribución a satisfacer las necesidades de las diferentes obras dirigidas por la empresa. A partir del inventario realizado, las actividades ejecutadas en el proyecto "ADECUACIÓN DEL ESPACIO PÚBLICO Y MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PERFILES VIALES EN DIFERENTES SECTORES URBANOS Y OBRAS COMPLEMENTARIAS EN EL DISTRITO DE BARRANCABERMEJA" y la metodología a implementar, se codificó, seleccionó y asignó la maquinaria a actividades específicas. Paralelamente, se brindó apoyo al sistema de gestión de calidad, alienando las fases pertinentes de la metodología con los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001 para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares necesarios para la certificación. Además, se desempeñó el rol de auxiliar de ingeniería en la elaboración de anexos técnicos como memorias de cantidades, actas, planos e informes, según las prioridades establecidas para cada obra.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe business internship developed at PG S.A.S. as an engineering assistant focused on supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) and the administration of the machinery bank. This included organizing the documents required for the QMS, creating a comprehensive inventory, and developing the corresponding technical forms. These forms detailed the technical specifications of the non-current assets, as well as their contribution to meeting the needs of the various projects managed by the company. Based on the inventory created, the activities carried out in the project "PUBLIC SPACE ADAPTATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD PROFILES IN DIFFERENT URBAN SECTORS AND COMPLEMENTARY WORKS IN THE DISTRICT OF BARRANCABERMEJA" and the methodology to be implemented, machinery was coded, selected, and assigned to specific activities. At the same time, support was provided to the Quality Management System, aligning the relevant phases of the methodology with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard to ensure compliance with the necessary certification standards. Additionally, the role of engineering assistant was performed in the preparation of technical annexes, such as quantity take-offs, minutes, plans, and reports, according to the priorities established for each project.
