dc.description.abstractEste trabajo propone definir y estructurar el proceso de gestión de activos en asociación dentro de la Vicepresidencia de Activos con Socios de Ecopetrol S.A. (VAS) debido a la identificación de varias oportunidades de mejora dentro de la gestión de los Contratos de Asociación Petrolera (que se administran en dicha Vicepresidencia) como lo son el incremento de la gobernabilidad, la creación de una misión y visión compartidas de cada negocio, el ajuste en el relacionamiento con los Socios y la definición de los roles de los diferentes actores existentes en cada Contrato de Asociación. Para desarrollar este objetivo se concretaron las siguientes etapas básicas; la primera, construyó el marco de referencia contractual para la operación asociada de campos petroleros en Colombia; la segunda, realizó el diagnóstico que permitió identificar las oportunidades de mejora y/o variables estratégicas existentes en el desarrollo del contrato de Asociación NARE y finalmente la tercera, desarrolló una estructura de gerenciamiento para el contrato de Asociación NARE que permitirá maximizar el valor de este activo y los beneficios para Ecopetrol S.A. Tales etapas se lograron con el apoyo de las metodologías de análisis de contenido, el método Delphi, design thinking, visual thinking y el análisis estructural. El desarrollo de este trabajo de aplicación pretende proporcionar, a traves del direccionamiento planteado, beneficios en la gestión de los Contratos de Asociación que redundarán en el incremento del valor y la sostenibilidad del contrato alineados con el marco estratégico de Ecopetrol S.A.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the identification of several opportunities for improvement in the management of Joint Ventures in Ecopetrol S.A, such as increasing governance, creating a shared vision with the partners, the need to improvement the relationship with partners and the definition of the roles of the different existing actors in each Joint Venture. This work aims to define and structure the process of Associated asset management inside the Vice President of Associated Operations in Ecopetrol S.A. focusing on the strategic and growth plan for the Joint Venture ―Nare Contract‖. To achieve the main goal of the work, the following basic steps were made; The first, built the reference contractual framework for the associated operation of oilfields in Colombia; the second, made the diagnosis that identified opportunities for improvement on the strategic variables of Nare contract, and finally, the third, propose a management structure for Nare contract that maximize the value of this asset and the profits for Ecopetrol S.A. The innovative methodologies used in this work include content analysis, Delphi method, design thinking, visual thinking and structural analysis. This application work provide, through the proposed pathway, benefits in managing the ―Nare Contract‖ Joint Venture, which will increase the value, competitively and sustainability of the contract, aligned with the strategic plan of Ecopetrol S.A
