dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo se desarrolló bajo la modalidad de práctica empresarial en la gobernación de Santander en la Dirección de Gestión de Riesgo de Desastres (DGRD), a partir de la base de datos del puesto de mando unificado (P.M.U) se generaron mapas mediante los programas ArcGIS y Excel en donde se representaron la frecuencia y afectación de los principales eventos naturales presentados en el departamento de Santander, incendios, sismos, lluvias y vientos, movimientos en masa e inundaciones y fueron reportados por las diferentes autoridades de cada municipio desde el 2016 a finales de 2018. Generados estos mapas se realizaron a estos un análisis de confiabilidad de causas por inferencias encontrando así oportunidades de mejora para la documentación y generación de información contenida en los P.M.U, proponiendo así un plan de mejora en donde se especifica los pasos sugeridos a seguir para la optimización en la documentación de los diferentes eventos naturales presentes en Santander, además de unos formularos para la documentación de estos y algunas apreciaciones para que las personas encargadas tanto del reporte como el registro de estos eventos tengan mejores herramientas y conocimiento para la documentación y generación de más oportunidades de estudios y análisis futuros que permitan una mejor precisión y eficacia en estos documentos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following work will be modified under the modality of business practice in the government of Santander in the Directorate of Disaster Risk Management (DGRD), from the database of the unified command post (PMU) maps were generated through the programs ArcGIS and Excel where the frequency and affectation of the main natural events affected in the department of Santander, fires, earthquakes, rains and winds, mass movements and floods are represented and were reported by the different authorities of each municipality since 2016 at the end of 2018. Once these maps are generated, there is an analysis of the reliability of causes due to inferences, thus finding opportunities for improvement for the documentation and generation of information contained in the PMU, thus proposing an improvement plan where the suggested steps to follow the optimization are specified in the documentation of the different natural events present in Santander, in addition to the formulas for the documentation of these and some appreciations for the people in charge of both the report and the registration of these events have better tools and knowledge for the documentation and generation of more Opportunities of future studies and analyzes that have better accuracy and efficacy in these documents.
