dc.description.abstractLa Unidad Especializada de Salud – UISALUD, es una unidad administrativa vinculada a la Rectoría de la Universidad Industrial de Santander; la cual, tiene como objetivo la administración y prestación de servicios de salud de la UIS para la población objetivo-establecida. Entre sus funciones se encuentran diferentes servicios de medicina general y especializada, con el fin de promover hábitos saludables, prevenir, diagnosticar, tratar y rehabilitar enfermedades. En consecuencia, se identificaron y establecieron oportunidades de mejora por la dinámica de los servicios asistenciales y los registros contractuales que soportan financieramente el desarrollo de estas funciones. En este diagnóstico, se definieron cinco fases de desarrollo que conforman el diseño de la herramienta ofimática dashboard; las cuales son: identificación de las fases del proceso de radicación, consolidación de datos para la información del dashboard, diseño de la herramienta ofimática, presentación de la herramienta y finalmente la implementación de esta. Gracias a la aprobación de esta iniciativa por parte del director de la unidad junto con el personal encargado del proceso de registro contractual y de facturación, se procede al desarrollo de estas fases; seguido de socializaciones de la herramienta con el fin obtener una retroalimentación de esta y por último su implementación en tiempo real.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Specialized Unit for the Assurance and provision of Health Security Services – UISALUD, is an administrative unit linked to the Rectory of the Industrial University of Santander; which has as it’s objective the administration and provision of health services of the UIS for the established target population. Among its functions are different general and specialized medicine services aimed at the insured population in order to promote healthy habits, prevent, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate diseases. Consequently, opportunities for improvement were identified and established due to the dynamics of the care services and the contractual records that financially support the development of these functions. In this diagnosis, five development phases were defined that make up the design of the dashboard office automation tool; which are: identification of the phases of the filing process, data consolidation for the dashboard information, design of the office automation tool, presentation of the tool and finally it’s implementation. Thanks to the approval of this initiative by the director of the unit together with the personnel in charge of the contractual registration and billing process, these phases are developed; followed by socializations of the tool in order to obtain feedback on it and finally it’s implementation in real time.
