dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación proponer mejoras para corregir los aspectos técnicos del servicio prestado por el ACUEDUCTO CABRERANA SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS S.A.E.S.P. Para este propósito, se realizó una investigación de tipo propositivo; partiendo de una revisión bibliográfica normativa, teniendo como pilares la noma 2115 de 2007, el reglamento técnico de acueducto y saneamiento básico RAS 2000, el estudio nacional de agua EDNA del año 2014 y los informes de gestión de calidad emitidos por el instituto nacional de salud de Colombia, los cuales permitieron conocer los antecedentes y el estado del arte frente a esta problemática. Se efectuaron visitas que permitieron comprender el funcionamiento de la PTAP perteneciente al municipio de Cabrera-Santander en razón de identificar las falencias También se analizó la información interna referente a los resultados de calidad se analizaron sus efectos y consecuencias. Así mismo, se estructuró un conglomerado de propuestas referentes a cada ítem debidamente identificado durante la fase diagnóstica, para cumplir a cabalidad con el propósito del proyecto. Finalmente se estructuró un sistema de actividades acompañado con sus respectivos indicadores, en los cuales se especifican sus propósitos, objetivos y metas estableciendo como producto final un documento síntesis con el diagnóstico técnico y documental que permita establecer medidas correctivas basadas en los datos presentados. dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this investigation is to propose improvements to correct the technical aspects of the service provided by the CABRERANA PUBLIC SERVICES S.A.E.S.P. For this purpose, a proactive type research was carried out; starting from a bibliographic - normative revision, having as pillars the norm 2115 of 2007, the technical regulation of aqueduct and basic sanitation RAS 2000, the national study of water EDNA of the year 2014 and the quality management reports issued by the national institute of health of Colombia, which allowed to know the antecedents and the state of the art in front of this problematic one. Visits were made that allowed to understand the functioning of the PTAP belonging to the municipality of Cabrera-Santander in order to identify the shortcomings. The internal information referring to the quality results was also analyzed, its effects and consequences were analyzed. Likewise, a conglomerate of proposals was structured regarding each item duly identified during the diagnostic phase, in order to fully comply with the purpose of the project. Finally, a system of activities was structured, accompanied by their respective indicators, in which their purposes, objectives and goals are specified, establishing as a final product a synthesis document with the technical and documentary diagnosis that allows to establish corrective measures based on the presented data.
