dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de planes de negocios es una herramienta valiosa para validar el desarrollo de proyectos de inversión de diferente índole; de tal manera se presenta un estudio para implementar un centro de interpretación interactivo y rescate del patrimonio histórico y cultural de la producción de la panela en el municipio de Güepsa, Santander, el cual plantea diferentes actividades como analizar los aspectos legales y normativos relacionados con la creación y puesta en funcionamiento del centro de interpretación interactivo, analizar el entorno macroeconómico identificando los factores políticos, económicos, sociales y tecnológicos, indagar mediante el modelo de las 5 fuerzas de Porter los factores que afectan el desarrollo del proyecto, desarrollar un estudio de mercado a nivel regional para la identificación de la oferta y demanda de los servicios del proyecto museal y los posibles competidores con base a una encuesta virtual a población mayor de 14 años en la Provincia de Vélez, apoyándose en un plan de mercadeo con las estrategias de precio, producto, promoción y distribución para determinar la continuidad del negocio en el mercado y la realización de un estudio técnico para definir su operación y los recursos necesarios para su funcionamiento, evaluando en consecuencia los aspectos administrativos necesarios para la construcción del centro de interpretación interactivo y apoyándose en un estudio y evaluación financiera del centro de interpretación interactivo que permitió evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of business plans is a valuable tool to validate the development of investment projects of different kinds; In this way, a study is presented to implement an interactive interpretation center and rescue of the historical and cultural heritage of panela production in the municipality of Güepsa, Santander, which proposes different activities such as analyzing the legal and regulatory aspects related to the creation and start-up of the interactive interpretation center, analyze the macroeconomic environment by identifying political, economic, social and technological factors, investigate the factors that affect the development of the project using Porter's 5 forces model, develop a market study at the regional level for the identification of the supply and demand of the services of the museum project and possible competitors based on a virtual survey of the population over 14 years of age in the Province of Vélez, based on a marketing plan with price strategies , product, promotion and distribution to determine the continuity of the business or in the market and carrying out a technical study to define its operation and the necessary resources for its operation, consequently evaluating the administrative aspects necessary for the construction of the interactive interpretation center and relying on a study and financial evaluation of the interpretation center interactive that allowed to evaluate the feasibility of the project.
