dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo la implementación de un sistema de gestión computarizado para el mantenimiento integrado de la empresa Parko Services SA, mediante un software con lenguaje de programación PHP, ofreciendo así un modelo que facilite el acceso a la información requerida por la compañía, respecto a funciones de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. En primer lugar, se realizó una auditoria para conocer el estado actual de la empresa, la efectividad que esta tenía respecto a funciones de mantenimiento. Con este diagnóstico, se encontraron aspectos relevantes, los cuales, son el foco principal para mejorar en el plan maestro de mantenimiento preventivo propuesto. Paralelamente, se desarrolló una codificación a los activos presentes en la base de operaciones Yopal, así como el diseño y la programación del mantenimiento de los equipos hallados críticos con la matriz basada en criterio de riesgo. Por otra parte, se añadieron los preoperacionales referentes a los activos que dieron como resultado una criticidad media y baja. Por último, la configuración del sistema de gestión web, se creó en base a los requerimientos por parte del departamento de mantenimiento, buscando suplir en su mayoría todas las necesidades para el óptimo manejo de la información de sus activos y el mejoramiento de una mejor trazabilidad de estos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this project is to implement a computerized management system for the integrated maintenance of the company Parko Services SA, through software with the PHP programming language, thus offering a model that facilitates access to the information required by the company, regarding preventive and corrective maintenance functions. In the first place, an audit was carried out to know the current state of the company, the effectiveness that it had regarding maintenance functions. With this diagnosis, relevant aspects were found, which are the main focus for improvement in the proposed preventive maintenance master plan. In parallel, a code was developed for the assets present in the yopal base of operations, as well as the design and maintenance programming of the equipment found to be critical with the matrix based on risk criteria. On the other hand, the preoperational ones referring to the assets that resulted in a medium and low criticality were added. Finally, the configuration of the web management system was created based on the requirements of the maintenance department, seeking to mostly meet all the needs of the optimal management of the information of its assets and the improvement of better traceability of these.
