dc.description.abstractEn la Granja Agroturistica los visitantes tendrán la oportunidad de vivir y conocer todos estos procesos interviniendo directamente y en compañía de los actores principales de estas labores.1 Lo más trascendental de la Granja Agroturistica en San Gil es que, además de asegurar su autosostenimiento, enseñara al visitante a vivir en armonía con la naturaleza, preservando y disfrutando del medio rural, respirando aire puro, evitando tala de bosques, conservando nacimientos de agua y propiciando el mejoramiento de las aguas y cultivos. El mercado objetivo del proyecto son los turistas que llegan al municipio de San Gil, procedentes de las diferentes partes del país, quienes cuentan con la capacidad de pago y desean participar en el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades que se realizan en la Granja Agroturistica, manteniendo siempre el contacto directo con el medio ambiente y las especies propias del lugar. El sitio óptimo para la ubicación de la Granja Agroturistica es el Ramal El Jovito en la vía que comunica a San Gil con el Municipio del Socorro, sitio que se caracteriza por las vías nacionales, vía de acceso en buen estado y poca vecindad En el ámbito social el proyecto contribuye a la minimización de la tasa de desempleo, al incremento de nivel de ingreso de los habitantes de San Gil, y al incremento del recaudo del fisco local y nacional. Este proyecto es viable para inversión económica y se recomienda su ejecución.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the Granja Agrotouristic the visitors will have the opportunity to live know all these processes intervening directly and in Company of the principal actors of these labors.2 The Granja Agrotouristic most transcendental in San Gil is that, beside assuring his automaintenance, it will teach the visitor to live in harmony with the nature, preserving and enjoying the rural way, breathing pure air, avoiding felling forest, preserving wáter birthis and propitiating (causing) the improvement of the lands cultures (culturing). The target market of the Project they are the tourists who come to the municipality of San Gil, proceeding from the diifferent cities of they country, who possess the capacity of payment and want to take part in the development of the different activities that are realized in the Granja Agrotouristic, supporting always the direct contact with the environment and the own local species. The ideal site for the location of the Granja Agrotouristic is in the Branch the Jovito in the route that he communicates to San Gil with the Municipality of the Help, site that is characterized by the nearness to the national routes, exip ramps in good condition and few vicinity. In the social área the Project contributes (pays) to the minimization of the rate of unemployment, to the increase of the level of revenue of the inhabitants of San Gil, and to the increase of the collection of the local and national exchequer. This Project is viable for economic investment and his execution is recommended.
